Do not work here. Management in this dept is complacent to a toxic and hostile environment and one person is the cancer. They allow his toxicity to affect anyone that don't fall into his narcissistic gaslighting lies and mask. I have never worked somewhere that is so small yet so toxic and the office politics is beyond reasoning. Management is allowing this one person to run off good people because she refuses to see past his antics and dysfunctional behavior he thinks is not seen. But, I refused to allow him to gaslight and play all his mental gymnastics, they had to remove me. I just want to protect anyone from this experience and not apply or allow the agency to put you into risk they know is true and have been notified. This was one of the most despicable and disturbing situations I have seen, and this one person has had issues with most every woman in the dept. I don't know what kinda of spell he has over Dina and staff, but I saw through his narcissistic games and she is just as liable to this crazy toxic and hostile environment and Micheal and Lance all hear him laughing out loud and disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, yet they stood by and act like this was normal or afraid to confront him for doing a job a teenager could do and act like he was so smart or intelligent. I'm just trying to paint a picture of the dysfunctional system they are apparently not about to change, because management is apart of the problem too. DO NOT APPLY HERE ... THE EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION DEPT I can only speak about, not the other areas. I know for a fact I was not the only person that has this experience and the agency was aware too, so everyone has to be exposed is my mission and hope to spare innocent people from being subjectted to this traumatic experience because you just need a job.
