The lady who done my service kept going in and out of the room and even made a personal phone call while in the room with me. I have been waiting for a couple of years to get this done and was so upset. The entire time my head was just being scratched aggressively. My head is very sore and sensitive to touch. My fasical was done with a sponge and barely touched. I got a face mask put on which was the majority of the fascial. I paid before I ever went back for services and when it was all done the lady was very persistent in me giving her a tip.She called me back 3 or 4 times and then pointed to the sign for a tip. I will not be going back and im truly sorry that my first experience was so disappointing.

I came to here for prenatal massages and saw her often, monthly I think. I bought a package deal so I got a discount for doing that, yay perks, thanks to the business owner for providing such options!! I love this cute place. It's very well decorated, I'm just such a sucker for the mermaid decor! This place if full of wonderful women staff that their clients love! I'm too shy to act like they do in public when they literally give hugs and such praises to each other. I'm like wow, literally almost every time I'm in there I witness such interactions. So that's sweet. When I get my massages from Angelica I go into a trance and truly relax, thinking.. wow life cannot get any better than this hahaha then I get inspired to go back out into the world and get rich so I can hire her to be a live in full time masseuse ... But seriously ... she is sooo talented I've never had a massage like she gives it, especially when I was pregnant. She rubbed my belly and everything. But my favorite sensation is at the beginning when she starts to knead out the nots in my upper back my brain gets a swoosh of what literally feels like a breath of fresh air! It's incredible, and I'm super grateful to be able to have the option to experience such service, thank you! As for the rest of the place, 5 stars on every level! Parking, wonderful, close, always available. Multiple bathrooms, sitting areas, complimentary drinks of all sorts, and a yummy açaí berry bowl shop right next door hehe Plenty of signage for any situations, uggghhhh so good! So informative, I'm telling ya, management knows what they are doing all the little details of productivity is great even their response time and appointment availability all of it! Don't worry! They got you here! And there is a surprising perk here, a wide range variety of gift shop/supplements/etc lots of cool stuff! Great job! Amazing business here I love how smoothly everything runs it's hard to find such a wonderful place. P.S. thanks for all the mints I can sneak while I'm in the bathroom and the delicious chocolate and shot of water when I leaves those little details and something I look forward to.

The room I got had a good size and dimly lit, perfect for a massage. No fancy heated table or anything but it's a proper massage table where u can face down and breathe. Service: the service here was great the lady somehow remembered me. It was my second time there and I totally forgot I was there last year, lol. I called my appointment in, for 5 but realized I was free earlier around 4 which was only 20ish minutes away and when I called back they accommodated for me! How great is that, I got home sooner. I took a little too long getting ready but my masseus kinda walked in a bit early, and proceeded to help me which I didn't mind. Definitely yell "not ready" so they know that ur not comfortable otherwise this might happen to you. massage: I got an hour massage and it was very worth. There's a reason why I was here a second time every year I visit the area, I look for affordable massages and on Sundays, u don't have many options. I'm so glad I ended up here again. Writing this review so I remember where to go again. I really enjoyed my massage, I told my masseuse my pain areas, and she spent almost 80% of the time just focusing on the area. Which is what I wanted, and to close the massage did a little relaxing kneads on the whole body. My concerns were definitely minimized after my visit. The price is also very reasonable.
