Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. We will alwyas be gratefulto Kimberly for all she did!

I arrived at 2:20, well within the posted hours, only to be turned away by the agent, who was already closing up. When I asked why the open house wasn't open as advertised, he casually responded that "those hours vary." What followed was even more disappointing -- Robert's agent with a tattoo behind his right ear asked me, "Are you a buyer?" as if my right to view the property depended on giving the correct answer. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and frankly, I was left wondering how many potential buyers are treated this way. If this is how Robert Realty handles public listings and prospective clients, I can't imagine the level of service they provide once you're actually in a transaction. Extremely unimpressed.

Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

She kept everything organized behind the scenes, was always responsive and helpful, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I have no doubt that her attention to detail played a big part in helping us close on time. Thank you to Lori, Alexa and Jesse in making this process feel smooth and manageable! This purchase was especially challenging because of the loan processing company we were working with. There were numerous delays and obstacles along the way, but Mike stepped in and personally helped move things forward by reaching out to our loan officer and underwriter. His involvement made a significant difference in keeping the process moving. What impressed me most was that, even though the home I was purchasing was a value purchase and certainly not one of his multimillion-dollar deals, Mike and his team treated me with the same level of attention, respect, and professionalism. Markus had us put some money to improve our condo before selling and it sold in about a week above asking price. In buying and selling he takes care of everything that he can do himself - checking on the property, calling and scheduling vendors (like the painter), organizing a classy open house, referring us to a company to inspect solar, etc. He makes the process as the easiest and smoothest that it could be. He was nothing short of patient, professional, and maintained a positive attitude even when we encountered a couple hiccups that had us close to tearing our hair out. He consistently advocated for us, facilitated nuanced technical discussions, and had our back from start to finish. Markus demonstrated impressive expertise every step of the way, navigating and explaining the loan, inspection, and escrow process effortlessly. He was our number one POC with any questions, regardless of the topic. Towards the end of escrow Markus took personal travel and despite being across the world he (somehow) remained more proactive, communicative, and on top of everything than everyone else involved locally. Through this process we were fortunate enough to not only find an amazing agent that we would recommend to anyone and everyone, but a wonderful person and new family friend. Thank you!
