Their cello/ guitar combination was absolutely beautiful, and guests were raving about them to us all night. They learned three songs specifically for our ceremony - "Lovers in Japan" and "Reign of Love" by Coldplay, and "You Make My Dreams Come True" by Hall and Oats. Each of these was masterfully done, and we can't imagine what our ceremony would have been like without their soundtrack. For their level of talent (not to mention how easy and accommodating they were to work with), their price point is a steal. Book them now for your wedding and never look back.

Rhonda is a true professional. I had to make a last minute change to the song list, which could have been upsetting to some performers. But not Rhonda. She accepted my request and performed it wonderfully. I also loved her ability to make each song her own, adding pops of her own adlibs here and there. She felt what she was singing and we in the audience did to. Thank you Rhonda Denet, you are truly a blessing and your gift an inspiration!

They were exactly what we had in mind. We had a few prep calls before hand where we were able to discuss our desires for the day and let them know what we were like. We really wanted our personalities to come through in the music and atmosphere at our reception, and thanks to DJ Raise and DJ Nano, they did. We couldn't have asked for more fun, professional DJs. Side note: my husband reminded me that they made sure to pronounce people's names the right way. Small detail, maybe, but so important on a day when you want to mention people that are important.

They so thoroughly enjoy what they do and that simply makes it impossible for you not to enjoy their music! From the very first email I exchanged with Solange she was unbelievably kind, patient, and very on top of things (which, trust me on this, is exactly what you want in all your wedding vendors). She proactively reached out at every turn to make sure she was 100% certain she knew the exact timeline of all of the day's events so that everything could run smoothly. And it did! Aside from being a wonderful person to work with, and an INCREDIBLE vocalist, Solange's joy is infectious so if you're looking for all the right vibes on your big day, Hip Control is the right choice! She even coordinated with the band to have them learn a song my dad wrote me 20 year ago and play it as a surprise father daughter dance. As for the rest of the band? Good luck keeping your jaw off the floor as they crush killer guitar solos, harmonize like angels and hit 5 key changes in Love On Top. The only thing I could say at the end of the night was "we're not worthy!!!" and two weeks later, that's still exactly how I feel!
