Not only does Bacio di Latte serve some of the best gelato I've had outside of Italy, you're quite spoiled for choice in terms of flavors here and even in the smallest cup you can get multiple flavors (which I love)! Of course they do sell the shredded chicken coxinha at Santa Tereza. They sell many types of baked goods but I highly recommend sampling their pao de queijo.
