Their current setup is housekeeping every other day, which works out totally fine for me. Every room comes well-equipped for a business trip with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, a proper table, and a comfortable chair to get work done--plus, depending on the room layout, some even come with a cozy couch! For food and caffeine, the convenience here is hard to beat. The dining downstairs in the AC Lounge is great for an easy dinner or drink after a long work day, but since you're in the Star - there's obviously loads of great bites nearby. I also appreciate that there's a Starbucks right on-site downstairs! I'm lactose sensitive and really particular about my coffee so Starbucks is a must with their soy options. My only real gripe honestly is the parking situation.. I don't typically rent a car when I come for work but I don't quite understand why they lean so heavily into valet, especially when the rate to park yourself in the parking ramp is the exact same daily rate if I do it myself! It seems a bit silly and makes it of course so you use the valet but why not make it cheaper if you do it yourself? Aside from that, prefer AC to the other hotels nearby since it's reliable, well priced and a reliable stay for out of town travelers.

They gave a traveler a receipt that did not show the full name. When I called to get the correct receipt with the full name for accounting purposes, Thomas was rude and short. I told him I was so thankful for his help (even with him being rude) and got a "yeah" at the end. No thank you... no your welcome. If he met me with that attitude via the phone, I cannot imagine the attitude he must give in person.

It was empty discovered that the phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone. No body soap in hotel: when the front desk cane up, all she had was hand soap she said the HOTEL was out of body soap When she went to leave, I went to flip the deadbolt on my door. It did not work. She said I needed to shut the door to get it to work. I said that's how I found out it didn't work. She insisted I try and then said she would put in a work order for the next day. She mentioned that the only rooms left were on the freeway side of the hotel so I barricaded the door. This morning I called because I have a couple work phone calls that will take me into about 1 PM. I said I'd like to extend my stay. The woman of the desk said I needed to come down immediately and pay or I could not stay. REDUX: I came down looking for the card of the GM so I could email her and let her know what my experience was at a hotel that it only been open since June 2024. The front desk manager told me that Hilton had been hacked that to me it would've had. Hilton told me that her credit cards had been compromised said they are forced to have people come down and pay so that they do not have fraud Change the fact that the locks do not work. The phone does not work and there was no soap in the room.

within 25-30 minutes of unwinding for the night, bed bugs starting crawling towards my wife…read more i notified the hotel staff that bed bugs were in my suite, i showed a photo & video with time stamps and i requested a refund. i was told a manager would get back to me. the hotel manager contacted me, and right away i was told the bed sheets and head board didn't match any of the hotel's rooms, i was accused of having ill intent and questionable motives, essentially calling me a liar. any chance i got to speak i was abruptly cut off and i was rudely refused my refund. my hotel stay was covered through my employer, and i wouldn't have financially gained or benefited from the refund but it's the principle. and to be called a liar with ill intent is beyond me. to top off this disturbing ordeal, upon arrival a man that seemed to be homeless was hacking up a lung, smoking marijuana. keep in mind i bring my wife and babies to accompany my stays while traveling for work. as someone who FREQUENTLY travels for work and chooses to stay in marriott locations, this was a huge disappointment to say the least. do not waste your money, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

We eventually parked, walked in, and checked in. The person working the front desk was friendly. We were upgraded to a suite during our stay. We didn't realize that until we opened the door to our room. The room had a living area, a bedroom area, a separate toilet, a separate shower, and two bathroom sinks. It was a nice upgrade with plenty of room to walk around and relax in. Overall it was a pleasant stay with good service.

I have long days at work and more to do after hours so I send a lot of time in the hotel and using their amenities. Here is my take on the good and bad. Good: While I have heard others complain of room quality, I have never had an issue . My only complaint about the rooms is the lack of a true refrigerator. The small coolers just don't add anything to the room since the best they can produce is lukewarm. Good incentive to visit the restaurant, bar or service counter, but a cold fridge should be a no-brainer. Which leads me to the restaurant and bar. The menu is small but the quality is very good. The staff is outstanding. I'm a bar guy, and I love this one. Chris, Selena, Sachi and Mani were amazing! They're so friendly and accommodating, and are just the best team members. They should be the standard for the staff. Which leads me to... the Bad. Shen I got to the hotel around 5:15 on Monday afternoon, I still had not received my digital key. I waited in a long line at the front desk to see what was going on. When it was my turn, I asked the attendant/host if my room was ready. I was told no, because I picked a room that wasn't clean. I'm sorry! I don't remember an option to pick an unclean room. While I was asking her when it might be ready, the phone rang and she answered it, dismissing me without a response. Off to the bar to have the staff there lift my spirits. My room wasn't ready until 6:00pm. Unacceptable. Also, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working for the week I was there, and one night when I was heading downstairs it wasn't working either. Luckily it was working after I walked down 17 floors. All in all, it was a good stay. However, it's an example of how small, cumulative hospitality failures can prevent a stay from being great.
