By far and away the worst doctor (if he really was a doctor) I have seen in my life was Kevin T…read moreLoughry, D.O. at this facility. He should've been paying me so that he could practice his poor communication skills and long-winded descriptions about useless minutiae. At one point he said "yes" seven times in a row and then he did it a second time -I kept feeling like somebody from Candid Camera was going to walk in at any moment. He spent 15 minutes of my time describing medical jargon of how my spinal cord worked in ways they could never serve me in any useful capacity and then when I inquired that he still had not address the reason I came i( a pain in my side) n he told me that we were out of time- and then I'd need to make another appointment in order to address the pain that brought me in.

I highly recommend you stay away from this Pain Management clinic unless you want to be ignored and…read morenot a part of your healthcare team. As a patient we seek out help when there are no options left. It took days to schedule an appointment. No one has time or cares to call you back. If you don't stick to their ideas you might as well forget about it. They know best and do not listen to the patient. If you call to let them know the meds. they put you on are giving you nightmares, the RN Kim says "fine stop taking them and go to your primary care", instead of trying to help resolve any issues. I thought Doctor and Nurses go into their professions due to their desire to help people in need. That is absolutely NOT the case with Dr. Donkoh and his RN Kim. Dr. Donkoh would rather put you down a path of surgery or implantation devices instead of actually trying to listen and work with his patients. Good luck if you decide to go see them.

HOWEVER, last week I saw a nurse practitioner named Laura Nolan, and she was honestly a nightmare. It was nice that the office got me in with no notice, but she was condescending, too forward, and clearly thought very little of me and my parenting choices. For a practice that I was referred to for being okay with alternate vaccination schedules and uncircumcised male care, I have found that her information was out of date, and that she saw me as 'silly' and had little respect for my views. She also forcibly retracted my son's foreskin, which is NOT recommended by the AAP, and she did so without obtaining informed consent from me, or from him. We were both totally blind-sided by the experience, and when I asked her to stop, and if this was really necessary, she laughed it off, and treated me like I knew nothing. I'm horribly upset over this experience with her. I MAY continue to go see Dr. Longhi, and have yet to meet Dr.s Bayang or Sayeed. But I just don't know. I think I will call the office to talk about this and see what they have to say, but at the moment, I am still too upset. Just be sure that if you see this woman, that she explain EVERYTHING before she does, and WHY it;s necessary, and don't be afraid to object if you think her information is bad!

I have finally found my primary care physician! Dr. Longi is just so amazing! I cannot write enough…read morewords to say about him. He was so kind and respectful. Most of all.... he actually listened to me when I explained my symptoms. He did try to pass over my concerns or make me feel as though I was crazy or imagining things. I so for the first time, excited to see a doctor! Thank you kind sir!

Too bad there's not a negative-star rating, this place SO deserves it!…read more The Walgreen's Take-Care Clinic is absolutely useless. They charge you $79.00 for completely wasting your time, and actually allowing a condition to worsen. We had just moved here and we didn't have our own regular family doctor yet, so I brought my daughter here for redness and swelling in her eye. The NP looked at it and said it was "possibly" an infection, her instructions were to clean the affected eye with a solution of one-part baby shampoo mixed with one-part water and a Q-tip. My daughter followed instructions, but within two weeks, the eye became worse and the redness and swelling spread to the other eye as well. I brought her back to the Walgreen's take care clinic and this other NP, without even so much as looking at my daughter's eyes stated "She was already here for this, so there's nothing more we can do for her.....she needs to see her family doctor." I explained how we didn't have one yet and she handed me a list of walk-in clinics in the area. (Hmm, isn't that what THIS place is??) So, I brought my daughter to the Lemont Walk-in Center (I'll be doing THEIR review next). A doctor walks in the room, looks at her eyes for all of 5 seconds, states "Yep, it's an infection" and hands me a prescription for antibiotic eye drops. Next thing you know, I get one bill from Dupage Emergency Physicians for $206.00 and a separate bill from Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital for $146.00.....BOTH from that one little three-minute visit for a simple eye infection! If the FIRST nurse practitioner at Walgreen's Take-Care Clinic would of just given my daughter a prescription for the antibiotic eye drops in the first place, her eye would of cleared up, not worsen and then spread to the other, and I would of never had to go to that Lemont Walk-in center, where apparently, the doctors there use only diamond-encrusted stethoscopes, solid-gold lab coats and have breath that fills the room with caviar. Hell, even if when I brought my daughter BACK to the Walgreen's take-care clinic the second time, if THAT nurse practitioner would of given my daughter a prescription for antibiotic eye drops, this would of never happened! To make matters worse, when I called Walgreen's Take-Care clinic to voice my displeasure over their absolute NEGLECT in properly treating an EYE INFECTION, the woman who took my call was snotty and, in-a-nutshell, told me "too bad, we took your money, there's nothing you can do about it." It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that Walgreen's Take-Care Clinic is an cahoots with the other walk-in clinics......ripping people off and then sending them over to their buddies to be ripped off even more! All in all, the absolute NEGLECT of Walgreen's Take-Care Clinic cost me a total of $431.00 for a simple eye infection! pffft. "TAKE CARE" My ASS! It's nothing but a CON! You're better off being diagnosed and treated by your local auto-repair center!

I callec corporate and they just basically told me I need to pay this and its legit and you know medical billing, if it goes to collections it will ruin your credit.
