When I have stopped into this store, nearly every aisle is cluttered with boxes and or a display is set in the most unconvenient spot; some floor displays are placed at the end of an aisle in such a way that my wheelchair cannot get by. I have to either turn around and go back the way I came or I just can't go down the aisle that is cluttered with boxes and or boxes on a stocking trolly. I love Family Dollar and Dollar Tree very much and rely on the convenience, fair prices and, overall experience in comparison to Walmart and other retail stores that are more about the money than the customer who needs to watch literally every cent I spend. Saturday are usually busy every one goes for the discount available. Almost every time the store payment machine will not accept the phone number which is the only way to get the discount . This time again it does not work. In the past the cashier would put in my number at the register. However this time I was told they can't do that. I insisted he try it worked He was so rude.Having been a cashier for several years that just went all over me. Feel this is a way to not give customer the discount.
