Worst insurance agent you could ever have. Never follows up on any claim, comes up with excuses to…read morego against the claim. He'll raise your rates without discussing with you. Has his people talk to you to avoid you. All he does is want your money. Do yourself a favor and go to another company or agent. I finally had enough and switched and saved 25% up front. Glen truly seems to care about me as a person. He has done everything from filing a claim for me, to making a simple change to my policy. I rarely even saw my prior agent in the office. He has a great staff too. They are all licensed and able to help me, my old agent had a receptionist out front that could really only take payments.
