Marcus Herbert has been a practicing attorney since 1992 in Southern Illinois. In 1999 I opened an office in Paducah Kentucky, and purchased my current location in 2003. I am licensed in both Kentucky and Illinois and also have a business location in Carbondale, Illinois that operates under the name "Bankruptcy Advocates". In Kentucky, my office is listed in the directories as the Law Office of Marcus Herbert, or Marcus H Herbert and Associates. In both locations my staff is helpful and friendly. We respect our clients and appreciate that when they come to see us they are going through some of the hardest times they have ever gone through. We listen carefully and try to make a complicated process as easy to get through as possible.
