First time having Marcos. We received a coupon after moving to the area. I was skeptical that the coupon was even legit, but if it wasn't I figured it'd be worth a try anyway (pizza is pizza). Placed an order via call, was told it'd be ready within 15-20 mins, I arrived in 20 mins and it was ready. Place was small with a small seating area, which was being used by others to just wait really. The lady at the counter immediately recognized the coupon as I walked in and applied it without any issues, was very friendly/personable, and even kindly offered utensils and/or plates. Red pepper flakes are also placed in a container in front of the register so it was easy to remember to take some before leaving with the pick up order. Like someone said in here, it's pretty comparable to Pizza Hut-- and I like me some Pizza Hut lol (takes me back to my childhood!). Nothing fancy, but satisfies a pizza craving for sure. It had LOTS of pepperoni, deliciously cheesy, and great to combine with pepsi. Had Marco's Pizza last night for the first time through delivery and it was absolutely delicious! The delivery was very quick and the pizza was still hot when I received it. I got the Pepperoni Magnifico and Marco's might honestly be my go to for pepperoni pizza now haha. The pizza had a huge amount of their "old world pepperoni" and was cooked to perfection. Usually at some other places you'll only end up with maybe 2-4 pepperoni slices on your pizza but here the whole slice was full! Overall very very impressed with how good this pizza is!!! The crust was perfect on the pepperoni magnifico, I do wish it was the same for the deluxe but either way it was delicious!!! I was pretty impressed with their pizza. I had a pepperoni pizza and it wasn't your typical pepperoni pizza, it had two types of pepperoni (little one and big ones) which made it taste amazing and I appreciated the variety. I also had the wings with bbq sauce while the sauce was tasty, the wings were small and left more to be desired. Ordered a X-Large and what was received was what seemed like a medium or a Large if you want to call it that. Looks more medium than anything. When speaking to the manager Heidi, she states that she remembered my order and that she did it herself and that what I received was in fact a "X-Large" they are just cut to 12 slices but the slices are the most skinniest slices. Something you would do if your trying to accommodate children. Pizza taste good but if your expecting an X-Large this place ain't it. Order elsewhere for that expectation to be satisfied. read more

Employee told me he didn't want to fight about it and that I needed to pay full price or leave. I left and have never been back. I tell everyone to stay away due to the horrible customer service. The pizza is okay. The wings...my son didn't care for. (I didn't have any, so I can't comment). The cheesy bread however, is amazing. When we had arrived we were told they messed up the pizza and was making another one. Offered us the pizza that was messed up. In the mean time of all of this a women had waited in there with us for a minimum of twenty minutes be spoken to and treated extremely poorly. Steven handed Judie her pizza at 9:42 and she was disappointed that it took so long. Steven said in a condescending tone " would you like me to refund it for you?". Judie had declined the offer and Steven was verbally attacking her. It was disgusting to witness and I couldn't believe my eyes. My pizza was served to me and I was given cheesy bread not Cinnabread. No big deal. I was more or less shocked by the behavior of this employee and the fact that not one of your employees told him to calm down. Part of customer service is to remain calm and collected. For some reason Steven felt it was appropriate to attack this innocent women who was respectful and upset that she waited so long. Not every person who makes a complaint is looking for something for free. After all of this nightmare of an experience was done I simply asked if I could split the payment and he said " yeah I'm not sure how but ok", then put it all on one card. I just wanted to get out of there. The man who came and spoke to Judie was a prime example of how you would speak to a guest. He was wearing black and was very kind and apologetic. An employee should never say to a guest " I'm sorry you're having a bad day"! My husband and I ordered a pizza that ended up having small clear plastic like bands in it. Pretty sure I probably swallowed one. I was skeptical at first and thought it might have just been cheese, but then I held it between two fingers, plucked it, and it basically made the noise a rubber band would make. Turns out there were multiple little pieces of those things in the rest of the pizza, so we took it back. Thank God I had hardly a full slice. The staff seemed shocked and at first told us it was just cheese. So I worked in the foods and service industry for 8 years in my earlier life. The way in which you rectify a mistake seems to be straightforward. Fix the mistake and make the customer happy. Tonight I ordered a Lg Deluxe (add red onions) with garlic bread and wings. I pick-up and never checked the pizza and it was a only red onion pizza. I'll take ownership of that as the customer, I could have looked before leaving. I call the store and ask to have it corrected (I never asked for a refund and one wasn't offered, fyi) Manager says to bring the pizza back and they'll remake it. I drive back to the store and the manager apologies. All seems good and honestly I've only waisted 20 minutes of my life, we're cool. I ask if I could have a couple extra garlic sauces. Manager says they're $.59 each...LOL. I asked her if she was serious? She was indeed serious. I said that's great, I'll play and who's your General Manager? His name is Alex. Ok, what's his number? I tried Marco's Pizza for the first time recently while volunteering for my daughter's school. I think the school ordered from a different location, but they were given an excellent discount and the pizza was really good. After serving pizza to 150 kids, I knew I would have to try Marco's for myself. (And I like to support businesses that support schools, because they're awesome.) As I tend to be, I was in a huge rush to do a zillion things last night, so I pulled up Yelp looking for a fast pizza chain (you know the $5 hot & ready cardboard). Luckily Yelp would not show me results for the business I wanted, but did point out that there was a Marco's nearby. This Marco's pizza is located on the side of the Target plaza at Goldenrod & University, right next to Gamestop. I dashed in, ordered two pizzas for carry-out and was told 15 minutes. I can totally kill 15 minutes in Target, no sweat. I returned after exactly 15 minutes, and my order was all ready. Awesome. The service was great. The pizza was really, really good. And fast. And inexpensive (two large pizzas and cheesebread (which I had a coupon for) for $20. My family loved it. read more

I mean it doesn't compare to pizza from the north... but I liked it! We ordered the Deluxe Uno. Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers... yum! You can customize the crust flavor. We went with plain which was very... plain. I would definitely suggest getting a crust topper to add some flavor! I would have liked to give Marco's 4 stars, but my boyfriend had a bit of trouble when it came to picking up the pizza. He placed the order online, used a $3 off $15 or more coupon, and went to the store to pick up the pizza. When he got there, they hadn't even processed the order... which meant no pizza. Fortunately, they made the pizza for him immediately and also honored the $3 coupon, which I thought was very kind. I love Marco's Pizza, especially their cinnamon bites with extra icing.. They are pretty friendly, the only reason for 4 stars is that they forget the extra sauces you order, and then you have to either go back for it, or just deal without it.. Luckily the workers are nice enough that when I told them to make sure they were there because of the last few times of them forgetting, they didn't charge me for any of them. Pizza got delivered within about 20 minutes and it was very consistent to prior Marcos as it has always been no matter the location. I would not know that a different store made the pizza. Got the New Yorker with pepperoni and loved it! This pizza actually has crust you will like with a garlicky butter taste. Possibly best chain pizza I've had and competes with the ma & pa pizzerias. The place was very slow. No complaints with the customer service. Pizza was lacking pizza sauce so it was somewhat dry.

This specific location offers horrible customer service. I was emailed a promo code for September that offered a BOGO deal for a medium one-topping pizza for the purchase of any large or x-large pizza. Unfortunately, the app nor the online website were accepting the code, even though it had not expired yet. The app mentioned "There is an error with the coupon Buy any large or extra large pizza at menu price, get a medium one-topping pizza free. Please contact the store for any questions." So, I contacted the store to see if they could accept the offer over the phone. The first employee was courteous and passed me along to the manager. The manager informed me that they could not do anything because it was only made for an app or an online purchase. I told them that the app was malfunctioning and she passed me along to the Store Leader. The Store Leader came on the line and very rudely advised that nothing could be done with no further explanation. He disconnected the line but not before saying, "Byeeeeee" in a very sing-song and derogatory manner. The Store Leader was unwilling to assist or offer an explanation and unfortunately, lost a very beloved customer who would rave about their food. read more
