We have been ordering here since they opened. They were always really good, fresh and very quick! We live right across the street. But the last few times we have ordered they were slow and the pizza has been cold and sometimes not cooked all the way. When I called to complain they were rude. We always get Marco's pizza because it is so good and right across the street from us, but last week we cheaped out and ordered from Dominos. We will never make that mistake again. Marcos is the way to go. It's so much better than anything else you are going get around here. Lots of places do Greek salads but skimp on the feta...not marcos!! It's superb! Papa John's claim, "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza" would not hold up to Marco's Pizzas. Since hearing a host of teachers at Klein ISD say how good it was, we gave them a try and haven't looked back since! Marco's pizzas are clearly far and away better pizzas at our house. Better than Papa Johns, better than Dominoes, and slightly better than Pizza Hut who, in our opinions have really kicked it up a few notches lately too - so kudos to Pizza Hut! But we have 4 kids and we're all in agreement that Marcos is the best! Definitely give them a try! read more

Marcos pizza is really good...just be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it if you don't have any coupons. $42 w/ tip & delivery charge for a large pepperoni/jalapeño and a large cheeseburger pizza. Flavors are good and the pizzas are large. Delivery was very fast and it was still very hot when we got it. They have the tracker so you know when the delivery guy will be there. We will keep ordering from them, but will look for specials/coupons next time. read more

Pizza was good but the guy forgot the soda went to wave him down and he just drove off call the location to tell them the situation said they send him back to receive my soda but never showed really disappointed that some punk kid wanted to sneak a soda. read more

We ordered two pizzas on 6/7/14 and requested extra sauce on both. When we got the pizza home, we felt like it didn't have enough sauce on it. We called the following day and spoke to a mgr named Bill. Bill was very rude and stated that if we truly had a complaint we would've called last night; he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do. Of course I was shocked by this response! We still had a whole pizza left! I drove to Marcos pizza with the leftover pizza to show the mgr that there wasn't enough sauce. He then told me that other people like it just the way it is and that there is plenty of sauce on the pizza. He also went as far to say the sauce evaporated! Really? I've never had pizza sauce evaporate! He didn't even try to find a solution. I would've been happy if he apologized and offered to make another pizza. I wasn't expecting him to replace two pizzas. I've never had a mgr before today tell me to grow up and stop playing college pranks. Marcos Pizza, I think it's time to find a new Mgr!! read more

This place has amazing pizza, and the service is just as amazing if not more so. I have never had a bad experience with this place and the deals they have all the time make ordering from any other pizza place seem pointless. They have always been on time with delivery. I can recall one time that they were maybe 15 minutes late but they did call and let me know that they would be late and ended up giving me a free 2 liter Dr.pepper. I'm not a big soda drinker but it feels nice to know that they try and make up for being late even though I wasn't even upset to begin with. I even couldn't find my wallet to pay the guy one time and he still gave me the pizza and told me to just call and pay with credit card or bring the cash when I could. I never got the drivers name but he was super friendly and very understanding and I couldn't be more thankful for the great service this place provides for their customers. I have never ordered pizza from any other place since marcos has opened up and will continue to do so. read more

We are a long time customer and have ordered from Marcos since they opened. Tonight the experience was not good. The driver went to the wrong house and our pizza when finally delivered was barely warm. I called to let them know and the person I spoke with acted like It was no big deal. We eat Marcos maybe once a month and have always loved it. This last experience wasn't so great though. Food was delivered on time, however pizza had overcooked almost burnt pepperoni that were hard and pizza was cold. Not too appetizing. read more

They opened a location in Spring, TX and the pizza was decent. I would probably try it again to see if I really like it. The service was decent it was apparent they had just opened because the guy at the register was clearly training. Overall not a bad experience but just mediocre. read more

Pizza is delicious! A little disappointed in our latest delivery experience. Ordered at 6:50/7pm on a Tuesday, 2 small pizzas and a salad and by 8:15 no pizza still. I called and apparently our pizzas were delivered to the wrong house and the house said those were not theirs. But I guess the delivery people never checked to see what orders never got delivered so they didn't discover this until I called. We had already paid so we had to wait another 30 min to get them to remake our order. Didn't throw in anything extra to compensate :/ would still order from here but this definitely tainted it a bit for me. Maybe I'll do dominoes next time read more

Ever since I discovered Marco's Pizza a year ago, I haven't ordered delivery pizza from any other restaurant. I have never had a bad experience with the food or service, until tonight. I began by ordering my go-to pie, an XL extra cheese with old world pepperoni and garlic crust. First off, the pizza took well over an hour to arrive at my home, even though I was told it was to be delivered in 40 minutes. Usually when they give me a time limit for arrival is still arrives well before the given estimated time. Secondly, the pizza was cold and the crust was not its usual fluffy/crispy self...along with the cheese, which was not it's usual "Ninja Turtle" style (stretches for days and burns my mouth in a good way), it was more like a Tombstone frozen pizza. This is devastating to me, I thought I had found my soulmate, as far as pizza joints go. Thirdly, today happens to be my fiancé and I's "cheat day" on our diet and we ordered from here knowing they never let us down...sigh. I suppose I will have to start ordering from the "new" location in Champions...or maybe a new pizza spot, period. I am not happy, Marcos...not happy at all. read more
