The customer service is amazing at this site. Bella was not only nice to me, but as I was waiting I heard her take a few phone orders and she was exceptionally pleasant. I only ordered the cheesy bread, but I loved having both Ranch and marinara dressing included. It was so fresh! Nothing better than warm bread on the first day of winter.

I had to pick off more than half of the pineapples and jalapeños from 1 slice.

They literally dumped the whole can of pineapples and jalapeños on my pizza. It looks like a joke. Is this what happens when you hire a bunch of teenagers? Ridiculous. Never again.

We ordered a pizza at 4:20 at 5:20 we still did not get it so I called the location and was told it was out for delivery. I was satified with that and said ok. At 6: 02 I called back and was told the same thing. The pizza finally arrived at 6:23 it was cold and after paying cash we opened the box and it looked like someone had shook the box. When i called the store again i was told they couldn't do a refund on cash, but would give me store credit, because yeah I'm gonna order from them again. So one star because i can't give zero.

Even with hungry sons we couldn't finish the pizza!

Marco's Pizza is amazing! A few months ago I signed up for email coupons from them but due to one thing or another just never used them. Today I had a coupon for a 2 topping XL pizza for $12.99. I figured this was a good time to try them out and man on man am I glad I did! Due to my phone trying to die on me I had problems with the app, totally my own fault. So I just drove over to the Marco's on Murrieta Hot Springs. Upon walking in the door I was greeted with a smile and a genuine welcome, how can I help you by a young lady named Jasmine. When I explained my problem she got the manager to assist me because it was her first night and she wasn't sure how to help with the app issue. The manager, Joseph,, came right over with a huge smile and asked what the problem was. I explained and we tried a few things but it just wasn't working. He was very positive and said "let's just cancel the online order and I will just ring it up, what did you want?" In no time we were given our pizza and were walking out. I wasn't expecting the night to get any better.....but I was in for another surprise. The pizza I ordered was a pepperoni and Italian Sausage. It was the best pizza I've ever had. It had more meat on it than I've ever gotten anywhere else. The pieces of sausage were like small meatballs! From the first bite I was hooked. This is seriously a delicious pizza! The sauce is the original recipe from 1978 when this company started, there is no reason to mess with perfection! I will definitely be a regular customer and highly recommend this brand and specific store to anyone looking for outstanding pizza and customer service.

Gave Marco's a call to order carry out, their 6.99 deal 1 med 1 topping since it was on the way to my parents house in Murrieta. Great customer service from the get go very courteous and when we came to pick up- welcoming, friendly and even made sure we saw the pizzas before paying and that we were happy! The Palor is spacious and clean so geat for families and groups. For 6,99 a med,( must buy at least 2) this is really a good deal IF the pizza is actually decent- right? Well, This is AN AWESOME Deal because it's really actually GOOD!! Just like on tv, generously spread throughout thin sliced crisp pepperoni, perfect amount of cheese, not too thin or thick crust and tasty & savory sauce. Fresh ingredients, and great price. 5 stars for me. :) Its off 215/ Murrieta Hot Springs right by Sonic Drive in.

Just wanted to write a review for this place . I normally don't write reviews but couldn't help to write one today . Every time I visit this place they're very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place either to visit or to take out . Food is always cooked fresh to order . Make sure to ask for Bella . She's amazing at her job . And she always has a smile when she greets you .

The hours at the Murrieta hot springs location say open until 11. I called and was placed on hold but no answer. The answering maching said please hold not we are closed! Please update your hours, its common courtesy to your customers. I drove to the location thinking it was open and it was not.

Good service, great pizza! Only thing is they don't mind serving you crumb size pieces as chicken dippers, so don't order the chicken dippers, everything else is good!

First time visiting Marco's Pizza . They are actually the first pizza place we've had moving into the area. My experience on the phone with Jeremy was great! He was so helpful and patient with me, while I asked lots of questions ! I asked for a delayed delivery time, and was no problem. Came on time. The delivery guy was polite. Didn't thank me for the tip, but that's ok The price was decent. We got 2 12 inch specialty pizzas. And a 10 inch specialty pizza for 50.00 that's including the delivery fee. Ok, that's the customer service review. Now, about the pizza everyone liked the pizza! The crust was nice, the toppings were fresh and had plenty on them. All being said, I'd recommend this Marco's! We hosted a 60th birthday party and used Marco's pizza to we ordered 14 pizzas with different toppings, Salads cheesy Bread, chicken wings. Everything was delicious and they delivered it all on time thanks to the owner friendly Girl who helped us to put this all together. Will definitely use Marco's for another event. What an underwhelming experience. 1) First, I get there during the week with my kids at about 12:30 pm (prime time for lunch). It didn't look open because all the chairs were stacked upside down on all of the tables and you couldn't see anyone inside. I walk in and initially no human in sight. Within a few seconds, a young employee comes out. I asked if they were open as I looked at all the chairs on the tables. The employee said they were open and said they just haven't gotten around to removing the chairs yet (it's 12:30 pm). Then I was asked where I'd like to sit so the employee can remove those chairs from that particular table. I pointed at a table then the employee turned the chairs over for that table but left all the other chairs on the other tables the same. Maybe they don't want anyone else to come in? 2) I asked for three fountain drinks and three cups of water. The employee said they don't have fountain drinks or water cups; you can only purchase bottled water and bottled soda. Seriously? 3) The pizza arrived at our table in a box even though we were dining in. At least they brought paper plates so we didn't have to eat out of the box :) 4) Ambiance: You could hear a pin drop in there. No background noise, no light music, no tv, no one talking, nothing/zilch. No one else set foot in that place the entire time we were there. *The employee was polite and the pizza wasn't bad which is why they get two stars instead of one. read more

I've been meaning to go to Marco's pizza to see how it was. So on February 19th of 2021, I went and ordered their works pizza and a pepperoni bowl. I was not disappointed at all. Horrible place to eat. $42 for two large two topping pizzas...really? Way to stick it to the public while we are on lock down. We try to support local food places and you stick to us with high prices. And the pizza sucked. Asked for it well cooled, and it was still under cooked. I reviewed this place when they first opened with one star. I came back hoping they got their customer service fixed. Now both it and the food sucks. Never again. read more

TO THE DELIVERY EMPLOYEE IN THE GRAY COROLLA: SLOW THE EFF DOWN!!! I saw when you first hauled ass coming in to get more pizzas, and then you almost hit me on the way out!! As far as the food goes, I would say it's above average. My wife and I have ordered chicken dippers, a chicken fresco pizza, and a regular lunch side pizza. The chicken strips definitely need to be crispier... they feel like they're not cooked enough in my opinion. The pizza has great flavor, but doesn't really stand out to me as something that's a "'must have" when I'm thinking of pizza. However, the service is friendly enough and the wait time for our pizza was only about 20 minutes or so which seemed fair... at least when we went. It's now the closest pizza place to us, so we'll probably swing by for convenience, and hopefully we can find a few more things to like. read more

Saw a flyer on fb about their grand opening. I decided to check this place out since its close to home. I arrived here at 2 and the line was so long. The employees were pumping everyone up, as they were walking down the line saying hi, thank you for coming, etc. They had a Marcos pizza mascot animal going around and giving hi fives to the kids. They had a variety of pizzas I had the bbq chicken, I think chicken club Tuscano, a bottled Pepsi. There were raffles from local businesses, a jumpy for the kids, face painting station. They also had a photobooth which was fun. I can't wait to com back and enjoy more of their delicious food they have to offer. read more

Pizza would have been good if it wasn't delivered cold. It also would have been fine to just heat up and get over it if they hadn't forgotten the 2 sides of ranch I specifically stated we'd like to have with the order. Paid $8 to have this pizza delivered cold without ranch. Boo. read more

Delicious! Fairly priced, we got the special, 3 medium one toppings for $6.99. Totally worth it. Actual REAL mozzarella cheese, generous toppings and good customer service. First of all, service was phenomenal, super friendly, helpful and our order was coming out hot and fresh at our exact time of pick up. The (L) Hawaiian delight pizza was amazing, overflowing with toppings and cheese, love me a good, chewy crust. My favorite (L) spinach garlic chicken has a bomb alfredo sauce, huge chunks of artichoke and the best garlicky flavor. I opted for the jalapeño and cheese stuffed crust and oh my word, I swear, don't sleep on this. My husband's pizza was an (XL) pepperoni with the Tuscany thin crust (aka the big daddy). He said while he enjoyed that the pizza wasn't oily like other places, he said as a thin crust, toppings should go from corner to corner or edge to edge (that there really shouldn't be a traditional "crust") and it was actually chewy rather than crispy. The cheese bread was full of flavor and yummy and the chocolate chip cookie dessert was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Last, but not least, unfortunately the churros were overdone and burnt tasting. I really appreciated the offer of a 2L soda with our order ($118 for all of the above btw) because he really didn't have to say anything and I would have been none the wiser. It's free with a $25 purchase. Although it wasn't a perfect 5 star first experience all around, we would definitely be back now that I know what we are dealing with. We know what to get and what to avoid next time around. While my husband would have been happy with a $10 Costco pizza, splurging on yummy artisan pizza was a nice treat to celebrate him today!

My order was placed at 7:44 AM, and I received my coffee and croissant fairly quickly. However, I was still waiting on the 4 cinnamon rolls I had ordered. Around 20 minutes later, I went up to the counter to check on my order. I was reassured that my cinnamon rolls were being made and told that it usually takes about 30 minutes, so I continued waiting. As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. I love supporting local businesses and hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

All contains liquids. They put the papaya in a big closable container with a lid. Smart; you'd think everyone would do that. You'd be surprised who just dumps papaya in a styrofoam container! Anyway the squid and beef salads came separately from their salads. They made sure to pack the dry salads in a takeout box and put the mixed proteins in their marinades in another soup containers which was perfect and made it so easy to add on top when ready. I really love that idea! Not only that but the food was good. I really enjoyed the squid salad it had a nice sour balance. The papaya salad I requested Lao style to be the spiciest level 10 but it actually wasn't too spicy. Other restaurants definitely need to take notes because I really just had a bad experience with another Thai restaurant being so careless and my papaya salad sauce spilling not only in the bag but dripped all over my floors. VERY UNSANITARY. So we have been wanting to try this place since we moved here 2 years ago since we always drive by it. We should have put it off even longer. It is first of all waaaaay overpriced and tastes like cheap Dominos's delivery and to top it off - big black long hair in the middle of one of our Pizza's. I should have snapped the picture to post here but we were so annoyed that we just sent it back quick. After showing it to the manger without an apology from him, he starts telling the workers apparently to make another one. After like 15 minutes just sitting there, we were like 'lets get outta here". They have this big glass "see through section" where you can watch the employees make the stuff. Needless to say - no hair nets are worn, no one washes hands from what I saw, workers scratching themselves, guys takes his hat off and runs his hand through his hair and I saw a girl wiping her mouth on her arm. It really looks like a dirty bunch of people that forgot what soap and water does to a body and germs. We witnessed it firsthand. So I told the manager to forget the pizza and give us a refund. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY could this guy mutter out of his mouth. I asked him if he was charging me an extra $2.75 for the hair topping? In closing, we will never be back to this place as its was a completely disgusting experience. Go to Pacino's New York Pizza or Round Table up the road - MUCH BETTER TASTE! read more

It's official. It's no longer known as 'Aloha Friday', it's now 'Pizza Friday', thanks to the DELICIOUS creations available at Marcos! This is the first pizza parlor that EVERYONE in the family agrees on (even the ones with sensitive tummys love the food). Fresh salads, tasty sub sandwiches, chicken dippers, and cheesy bread that has my 95 year old grandmother reminding us, every 7 days that it's pizza Friday---and to remember to grab some cheesy bread for her! Great value, OUTSTANDING customer service by both the management and staff (that's right- I'm talking about you, Cassie!), comfortable, and impeccably clean dining area and kitchen (you can watch everything that goes on in the kitchen, through the large viewing windows)... they deliver (and have been since they opened-- it's always at my door BEFORE the estimated delivery time!!!), have a loyalty rewards club... they really do have it all. This was our first visit. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, a salad, and drinks. We were welcomed when we walked in. The Place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our Pizza was cooked perfectly. The dough had great flavor and the sauce tasted good. The salad was fresh and very tasty. We ordered the garden salad. It Comes with lettuce, olives, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, cheese. The prices are fair. The Food is great. The Staff awesome. We will return again. Oh and As for previous people's reviews.. yes their Italian dressing is fat free. And it tastes just fine. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a manager " Jeremy " I called this place 5x there phone kept hanging up then finally when this kid answers the phone he says I have your phone number here you are prank calling me. I said no sir I called you 5x and your phone kept hanging up and this idiot says " A similar number called with a different last 4 digits called " and assumed it was me. I feel like I really need to grin ally write a review for this place. They are always really on it. So alert, nice and smiling and ready. The only pizza place I found town that finishes your order when they say it will be ready. Pizza is just better than any big commercial chains. All the staff are great, but if you are lucky to catch Bella, you are in for a good old fashion pizzeria experience you only see in movies. Seriously love this place. read more
