Just tried for the first time and the food was fabulous. ordered a pizza bowl and a sub and a calzone.

This review is only in the pizza itself. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. This is more of a pizza bread than a pizza. It appears baked in conveyor oven on a screen. Not really the Italian Way. Typical crust recipe. Sauce was hard to tell. More bland but very light so hard to tell. The pepperoni and cheese is fine but, obviously, that's not made there. The use of conveyor ovens is popular in chains as the skill level needed is not very high and no burns. But a pizza baked on a brick bottom oven is in a whole other league! It's fine. See I had posted this picture but after I did they decided to change something now they don't carry the thin crust in large now they only have it in medium, sad to say because I loved thin crust now they don't have it in large anymore, sad. I won't be buying here anymore. read more

Tonight was my first time trying Marco's in my neighborhood, and I can only say I wish I had tried them years ago! I have been buying pizzas from the local Papa John's and I thought it was a good pizza, but if you want real pizza with plenty of toppings and GREAT flavor, you need to switch to Marco's on Pleasant Hill Rd. Truly the best pizza I've had in years, and I buy one or two pizzas every couple of weeks. I had it delivered and it came quickly and it was still quite hot the. it arrived. I'm telling you, you need to give this place a try!! read more

First time at a Marcos. For a chain, the pizza is really quite good. Great crust, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. We ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of meatballs for pick up. Unfortunately, we wanted delivery but they said there corporate office would not let them deliver to my gated community 5 miles away. Doesn't make since, since everyone else delivers here. That's the reason for a 4 star versus 5 star review. I will continue to search the area for a great pizza place that will deliver to me, so as good as Marcos is, I will find another. I love my beer, so driving for a great pizza is not always the smartest thing to do, so will take recommendations from others. We live in Solivita, help this beer drinker find a great pizza that will deliver!!!! read more

Clean store with friendly staff. The pizza prices are a little more than the regular Dominos or Papa Johns but the i ingredients are fresh and I love the three cheese blends they use on their Pizzas. Their delivery is also very fast. Not crazy about their wings but you can get wings here also and sub sandwiches. My favorite pizza store. read more

Not happy with ther service, today I ordered wings and calzones to dine in, after waiting half hour the food was deliver out table in take out boxes that look like it was sitting for a while. Great pizza restaurant! Even though it's fast food, they still deliver delicious pizza. You can even customize your crust (whether you want extra garlic, butter, Parmesan, or a combination of the three). Marcos has a fluffy dough which makes the pizza delicious. The crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We got meat lovers for half and buffalo chicken for the other. Highly recommend! read more

Decided to give Marcos another try since the options in this area don't leave much of a choice. Don't bother it is worse!!! Stopped inside to eat and it is under new ownership. Julia was polite and the new owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. The standards are even lower than before. I overheard the owner yelling at a female customer who was trying to check her order! Saw him tear off the receipt and arrogantly use the F word! She was just checking her order? Saw her nicely ask him don't touch my box and he yelled I can touch it anytime, leaning over putting his hands all over her pizza box yelling he made it! He sounded like he was on drugs not a polished person at all! Go to another location, go to Papa John's, Pizza Hut anywhere, but NOT here! read more

The Manager jammie was rude and disrespectful over a pizza which was under cooked . He refused and would not refund me my money but he insisted to re -make it only trying to avoid refunding me. Very Poor customer service and poor quality of product sold. Do not order from this location on pleasant hill road it's bad business for the community especially if you paid cash and have an issue.. he also claimed he owned several more stores around town and he is corporate if you send a complaint on the website , so avoid Any and All Marco's in Central Florida. read more

I am normally a Leo's customer but wanted to try something new. I was underwhelmed. Pizza crust was too soft, not much flavor. Pizza itself was very bland. Don't think it was cooked long enough. Probably won't order again. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. There are about a dozen people in the kitchen but none of them seem to know what's going on. I called to put an order in and I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes in the meantime I texted my husband to call and put an order in and they answered his call and took his order before me. I was the third person in line but someone came out from the kitchen and took the second person in line skipping the first person in line, they were pretty upset themselves. When I asked for a manager they said there was none, the gentleman who said he was standing in for the manager was kind enough about listening to my complaint but offered no real resolution. The food looks like subpar fast food pizza at a much higher price. Just save your money and get 2 2 topping pizzas from dominoes next time, that's what I know I will do. read more

the service of that restaurant is the worst; i tell you that i called the day before the super bowl to do my order for that sunday and they had me half an hour for do the order and after checking everything was good, that they were bring the order at six and pay, everything seemed to be well. the next day it was 6 and a half and still didn't arrive, guess what? it was not made ... the order had been placed for monday 5:15 am .. they fixed the mistake gaving me a free pizza and bring me the incomplete order ... two order of wings missed... read more
