He explained that he should have an estimate to me by Monday, and that if I decided to move forward they require a 50% deposit in order to get on their schedule. He told me they were booking 8 weeks out and the best way to reach him was via email. On 8/14 I get the estimate. That day I called Arrow and paid the 50% deposit. Well, 8 weeks rolls by with no word from Barry so I emailed him. No response. Week 10 comes and I emailed him again. After no response I call Arrow on 10/15 and speak with a woman who said she will have him contact me because "he is responsible for his own scheduling". That day Barry finally responds to my email by saying "he should be able to get to it in the next couple of weeks." Hmm. Well, 2 more weeks roll by with no word from Barry. On 10/29 I email Barry to ask when they will be coming. No response. On 11/13 (THREE MONTHS after my deposit!) I was fed up and called to cancel the job. I reached a woman and explained what happened and why I was cancelling. No apology, no empathy, no nothing. In fact, she was curt and unfriendly. I was even more surprised to find out that Barry is one of the owners of the company (I asked). Now that is a head scratcher.

As I'm driving about 45 mph, one of these construction trucks decides to pull right out in front of me, causing me to slam on my breaks. Luckily, there was no one in the lane next to me so I was able to pass. I blew my horn and passed the guy. Next thing I know, I look in my mirror and he comes up right behind me. I can't even see his lights!! He is so angry at me for "blowing my horn" that he has to scare me with sniffing my butt bumper. Well I had a BABY in my car!!! I wasn't going to play his stupid game. Instead, as the two lanes come to narrow down to one, he speeds by me! Not even in a lane anymore and cuts me off! This guy was so immature and I was ready to lose my marbles having my baby in the car and this jerk do that. He was an older gentleman. All I can say is, this was very uncalled for and disrespectful for this guy to do this in a WORK truck.
