Initially there was installation of a backyard fence and a replacement of a cedar gate door…read more This went fine and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. After approximately one month we hired them again for an additional gate with a lock and to install a new wood deck. After 2 months there began to be noticeable issues with the deck. There was a cupping issue were the boards were turning in and all the boards seemed to be too close together. I arrempted to contact the owner, Brady, and he was dismissive saying there was no way this could be occurring. There was also a ledge by my door that was a trip hazard. I have to keep a doormat over it so there isn't a tripping issue. I forwarded pictures and he still did not want to address my concerns. I am attaching pictures to this review so the multitude of issues can be seen. I would not recommend this company due to the unprofessional service when there is an issue.

I'm sharing this to be honest about my experience and to caution others before hiring…read more At first, Charles came across very friendly and professional, which is why I chose to work with him. He also emphasized that he was the "cheapest," which initially seemed like a benefit -- but unfortunately, the quality of work reflects that. The fence installation was not completed to a professional standard. There is inconsistent spacing between pickets, visible gaps in areas that were supposed to provide privacy, and multiple sections that appear patched together with random pieces instead of being installed cleanly and uniformly. There is also a significant gap under the fence that was never addressed, which should have been handled during installation. In addition, debris and trash were left behind outside the fence, and the job site was not cleaned up. Items that were discussed and agreed on -- including the top border trim -- were not completed. I was told these items would be finished and waited for a follow-up visit, but after most of the payment had already been made, the remaining work was not completed. When I raised concerns, communication became dismissive, and instead of addressing the quality issues, I was told to hire someone else. Overall, the work feels rushed and unfinished, and I will need to hire someone else to correct and complete it. If you're considering hiring, I strongly recommend confirming all details in writing, holding final payment until everything is fully completed, and closely reviewing the quality of work. I've included photos so you can see the results for yourself.

He admitted they didn't secure the post deep enough in the ground. They came back to repair but charged me more money and a few months later it came back down. Still did not extend the post as promised. Third time he patched up some of the fence all while cutting a wire to my gazebo, that he said he didn't do . When they finally came back after waiting several months my fence is still leaning , concrete all over my yard, lose nails, boards not lining up and no repair to the cut wire. I reached out to him with no return call. Stay away from this company, different workers each time, and the quality is not worth the price you will have to pay.
