Quality/Quantity - What a fun field trip. Glad we came. Free…read moretour, but most of us end up buying souvenirs at the end of the tour, so it is a really smart business model. Tours are 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the tour and questions that we may have. Tours are also in many different languages. A fun interactive tour, see pictures. Not busy today, so it was almost a private tour. Good to learn about the history, the making of their perfumes, etc. Ambiance - Several factories, not sure if the one we visited was their main one...? This one is of good size. We also visited a few of their retail locations; see other reviews. Easy access. Parking, tour buses, etc. Clean free toilets. Open daily. Service - 5 stars, from the tour team to all the sales people. Workshops available; see their website. Price - Tourist prices, but they still made good gifts. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1926 and still keeping it in the company in the family...? Do you have 6+ locations?

Ana provided outstanding customer service! Thanks Ana!!…read more Located right at the base of Ezé village lies Fragonard, one of the utmost respected parfumeries in the region. Loads of choices -perfumes, eau de toilettes, soaps, lotions, and more! We purchased a perfume, and a couple of eau de toilettes, all of which were wonderful, and reasonably priced. I really like how they sell large "bulk" versions of some of their Eau de toilets. I ended up picking up a reasonably priced bulk bottle for about ~80 Euro, and then purchased a small spray bottle for about 10 Euro. If you do buy their spray bottle, just know that the inner bottle opening is small, so you may need to use a funnel to fill it without spilling. We loved Fragonard so much, we ended up shopping at the Nice Airport store as well. Prices at the airport were the same as in-store, which is great. Thanks again to Ana for answering all of our questions and providing excellent service. Also, thank you for the samples!!! If you're coming to Ezé, be sure to stop by. Bolt here from Nice and you'll be here in a jiffy. Enjoy the smell goods...

Yelp Review 2026 #202:…read more Galeries Lafayette in Paris is a grand and majestic shopping arcade. This Galeries Lafayette in Nice is smaller and not as grand but it does the job. Your favorite French brands are here as well as other brands like Burberry, Chloe, Balenciaga, etc. There are about 5 floors of clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags, accessories, makeup, perfumes, furniture and restaurants/ cafes. I came here for some macarons, French butter and Comme des Garçons shirts. However, I must've been super exhausted from walking in the heat of the sun that I completely forgot what I came here for. I remember going to the places I wanted to go to but somehow, I left with only 1 shopping bag from a store that wasn't even on my list!

Nice mid-high end department store with 4 stories, one of the larger stores in the shopping…read moredistrict along Jean-Médicin. This spot seemed geared towards tourists and shoppers in a mid-upper economic situation, as it's def on the pricier end from a quality and assortment perspective (think Bloomingdale's in NYC). There are signs posted on how to get tax refunds on purchases over a certain amount. That being said when I went mid-January they were having a fair amount of end of season sales across most retailers so shopping (or window shopping) can be an alternative activity for a rainy January day when it's not nice enough outside to enjoy the gorgeous views along the coast. The store is divided into 5 stories (first floor being floor 0 in Europe). Floor 0 includes cosmetics and beauty, watches and accessories and a salon, plus individual shops for the luxury retailers like LV, Balenciaga, Gucci, etc. First and second floors are higher end and mid-high end women's apparel and additional accessories. Third floors is men's and fourth floor is everything else--furniture, home goods, gourmet foods, restaurant. Personally wish it carried more gourmet food items like the Paris locations, but I guess it's not as big as those locations so there's less selection.
