Bryon excavated a 40 foot run of drainage pipe alongside our driveway at the front yard and replaced it because it was half full of mud and rocks. He put in French drain piping that had like styrofoam bits netted all around it so roots and stones couldn't get through. And he put a sieve-type cap on the exposed end so no more dirt/rocks could muck it up. When water still wasn't running through the rest of the underground drainage system. Bryon had to figure out where the other blockage was. Turned out to be a caved in pipe in the middle of our (paved) driveway. But Bryon is not only smart but very, very clever. He sawed out just a square 18" piece of the driveway, dug down 3', Cut out and replaced the section of pipe that had caved in, and then sealed everything up as if nothing had ever happened. Cities I've lived in this would've cost several thousand dollars. Bryon's total? Incredibly fair and reasonable, and as the problems multiplied he checked in with revised, always fair, estimates. He went the extra mile over and over again. He even seeded places where the lawn got a bit torn up. He's going to be our go to guy for any kind of excavating and drainage work we need in the future, driveway sealing, tree trimming/removal, and more. He's amazing - we *strongly* recommend him to anyone with these kinds of problems.

When I raised concerns, the responses were slow and didn't really address the problems in a meaningful way. Jeremy Sager (owner) is also a despicable human being, disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, greedy, etc. Never rely on JKS for anything.

The poor people parked in the Handicap spot had a little boy in a wheel chair who looked to be around four or five, who appeared to have Cerebral Palsy. It was raining and they couldn't get the poor little guy in the van because this guy parked so close in the yellow lines. The people had to go in and ask for someone to come move it. The guy comes out with an attitude saying "looks like a perfectly good spot to me. Looks like a spot." The dad of the kid was rightfully getting really annoyed and this guy was being a complete jerk, even though he was obviously wrong and caused this little guy to be in the rain while they tried to get him to move. The mom looked like she was about to cry. I heard the guy say "What are you going to do call my boss? Go for it. Call my boss" and then laughed. I looked on the website and he appears to be the owner, which is why he didn't care. I didn't call because I figured it would fall on def ears. Before you support JKS Home Improvement, I suggest you think about the kind of person you are dealing with!!! If he can be so rude to parents of a wheelchair bound CHILD after he was the one who parked in a spot he shouldn't have, imagine how he's going to treat a customer!!! It took everything I had not to get involved, but it would not have been good if I did!
