Then she bullied me to sign a exclusive agreement because of all the hard work she did in scheduling the 4 showings we never got to. 15K$ for a half hour was the pay she wanted. And she failed to schedule the one listing that I her sent her, that I really wanted to see. Can't recommend her in the slightest - such a bummer. I'm out.
