My husband bought me some jewelry from this store as a gift, when he was visiting Paris. The first…read moretime I wore the 3 earrings, my ears had a bad reaction and began to bleed. I sent customer service an email with lots of pictures of my ears and earrings with blood and they answered back with "it has been more than 30 days since purchase and you wore them so you get no return". That WAS the issue, wearing them and having a bad reaction to them. Spent over 150€ and have nothing to show for it that I can use. Very poor customer care and concern once they have your money.
