No one is fighting and we are not in disagreement. We do not need to go to court. We need a court order brought over from another state, and a California custody arrangement written up and signed. We started our case with Sternberg Family Law in January of 2025. It is currently the end of March 2026, and it is still not completed. After a 5K retainer, they recently came back asking for more money, which after the threat of reporting them to the bar they decided they didn't need.
