They said contact my branch manager, who was hard to get in touch with and took multiple times. She said she did not have the authority. I called the Customer Service line who tried to send me back to the branch and I told them their own policy on that. She then said that is correct about the branch manager, so I asked for the fee back and they would not do it. I think that's bad service and their web site sucks, too.
