The doors are opened by two members of the church who greet you with a "good morning" and a "God bless you." As you walk through the great hall like lobby you are seeing the connection and the love the members have for each other. You are immediately received with a warm welcome from all of those who see you, making you feel comfortable and eliminating the awkward and nervous feeling from entering into a new place.
There are drinks and breakfast served in their cafe are which is serviced by the sweetest people. As you wait for the doors to open and the service to start you get to see the interactions of the people and their children. The children are excited to go to what is called the MKIDZ (which is the children's church portion. Kids have their classes and activities while the parents enjoy their service. Just the excitement and smiles on their faces really show how much fun it is for them.
So far i thought it was too good to be true, but when the doors opened not only did you experience the kindness of the greeters at the sanctuary doors, but you felt such a great presence of God.
Everything was set for an atmosphere to receive and to have an expectancy for something great. I for one was excited and ready. The worship and music was definitely a win for me. It reached to my heart and soul and I honestly felt the presence of God overwhelm me. It is very few churches out there that help you feel the glory of God. I definitely felt the glory of God through worship. The amazing thing was that even when the Pastor brought his message, there was a flow from worship to his message. It coincided with his words. They were all in the same spirit.
The structure and the organization of the church was amazing. Everything has its time and its place. Everything was clean, the air was fresh, the people were surrendered to the spirit and the presence was evident.
The same greeting and smiles you get when you walk in, is the same when you walk out, with a "God Loves you" and a "see you next Sunday".
Not once did i feel judged, looked at or felt uncomfortable. I didn't feel pressure during offering time. I didn't feel alone and I felt like I was being heard. I existed. I felt at home.
