    Mr. Delroy did an excellent job handling a plumbing issue last week in my unit. He was courtesy, quick and efficient.

    Jenny Fernandez in the best property manager ever!!!! The maintenance staff is alway polite and prompt. Highly recommended

With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed. I then had to submit maintenance requests myself, and even now, these issues continue to go unresolved. (I will upload pictures later)

They put more money into the modern look then the actual…read morecontruction of these apartments BEWARE that this newly contructed apartments have a SERIOUS plumbing problem!!! i have now had to submit over 7 request regarding the same situation and 5 of those request recently in the same month of May and i moved here in January this issues raises a major concern for me and my family.. i have a 2 year old daughter AND it just showing me the more people that move in the more issues are going to arise and this place is not built for that load... In our guest bathroom that we havent used in weeks HUMAN FECES!! Continues to CLOG our TUB & TOLIET WHICH REALLY is causing & raising health concerns, during this time there is also a leak coming from behind the wall and all maintenance have offered to do was to paint over the stain were literally breathing in poop and the smell is starting the linger in my unit which is beyond inhabitalt for me and my family we have literally had to stop using the main bathroom in the hall and only use the bathroom in our room.. i am beyond over this this place!!!. In addition to the plumbing, the mandatory internet service that the apartment provideds is inadequate so please dont be fooled when they tell you wifi is included within the lease and theres no way for you to opt out so your basically stuck paying $75 for some uknown generic service that does not work. In which Only provides approximately 2gb per unit which is also terrible how the hell would anybody work from home.. i have stressed this issue several times and they just put it off and tell you to contact the people that they have a contract with instead once again fixing the issue.. They deleted my last review
