My brand new MacBook crashed and died and Apple couldn't do anything to retrieve my documents or fix the problem in a timely manner. Of course, I was on a deadline and in the middle of contract negotiations that were to be finalized that Friday. I was feeling panicked. I decided to take my computer to Fuse, a company that I have relied on for years. I had called ahead and Dan was waiting for me to arrive. He stopped what he was doing and started working immediately on my MacBook even staying with my after everyone left to go home. He was so personable and conversational and his friendly, calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. He continued to work first thing the next morning and was very communicative throughout the process. He was able to help me resolve the issue and I will be forever grateful. His expert knowledge, speed, sense of urgency and ability to dissect technical issues and create solutions was exceptional. Thank you, Dan and Fuse Technology for never letting me down! Meghan

Then every month I had to pay 671 for 18 months until the 12,000 loan is paid off. He received 2 months payments of $671.00 of payments from my credit card. For over a month he was avoiding calls and would not give me the material list to buy and supplies until I had to reversed my credit card charges in July 2017.
