A short walk from the parking lot to the lake. Maybe a 1/3 of a mile. The wide open beach is a wonder place. there are also miles of trails. Their trail maps are a little confusing, a you are here would be helpful. I took a wrong turn and ended up going on a 2 and a half mile hike. The dog truly loved it though. Honestly so did I.
Overall definitely a 5 star review and would highly recommend this place for people looking for a nice beach with a small wall or people looking to go on a hike. read more
The best beach, but everyone knows now. Plenty of room for social distance. Bring a picnic, flippers, umbrella, towels etc. No facilities. Trail isn't handicap accessible. And, it (the trail) has a log you have to scramble over. read more
We personally access this area by boat from Sayler Park in Yuba. The beaches are sandy, clean, a more remote area where those who venture out there are caring of the environment. Can't beat the sunset here! Week nights are our favorite time to visit as weekends can get very busy with boaters. read more
