it was so amzing they gave me an amazing price for my copies

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? I needed a small gift certificate printed. It was a 6x6inch square on their cheapest card stock. I sent it over on a Thursday and they didn't get around to it until the next Tuesday. And I had to call as ask if it was ready. Then I go to pick it up $3.74 for 1, ONE, colored copy on their cheapest card stock( and this stuff was thin card stock. Basically a piece of paper.) I swear they just make up their prices because I literally heard the girl ask the guy in the back how much should we charge and he said "ummm idk like $3.74"... So if you literally liked to be SCREWED over go ahead and print from there. Staples is $.90 per colored copy on card stock. Also Mansfield's doesn't give you a price quote before printing... they just suck.. read more

I'm absolutely sick right now. So being a nursing student it costs a lot anyway. Well I went to have my ginormous nursing book broke off into sections at Mansfield Printing here in Vernal to make it a little easier to pack around. Well they didn't give me an estimate or anything for how much it was going to be so I figured they'd call and let me know before hand. Well they didn't. And instead of calling me to ask if it was okay they went ahead with the process. Well last night I was in class and I mentioned to them not to take their books here because it is like buying a whole new book. They all asked how much it was and I told them $95 dollars. They all almost shit bricks. And another gal in my class goes what? I took mine there too and they only charged me $32 to do mine. So I decided to go talk to Mansfield Printing to figure out why there was such a huge difference being that this gal and I had our books split up in almost the same way. Well I explain the situation to these guys and they start to pretty much mock me and tell me that they didn't know what I wanted and instead of CALLING ME TO DISCUSS PRICING they went ahead and did whatever it is they felt the need to charge me that much. I gave them a list on what I needed done. They told me it was because of the copying and the time and labor spent going back and forth. I could have gone without some of the stuff in there had i known how much it was going to be or had they CALLED ME ABOUT THIS. They had poor customer service today and pretty much told me sucks to be you. I was going to have them do my wedding invitations but most definitely find some other way now because the way they treated me today was absolutely disgusting. read more
