The fried rice and black bean noodles were a recommendation from a local to me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it lived up to the hype! I definitely overate my meal here because it was super delicious and felt fairly healthy too. (The green beans and broccoli pictured were not from Mansasung but the vendor to the left of it.) I have to give this place 5 stars because the cashier woman was super busy but still took the time to explain menu ideas to me and package the noodles up. For context, the black bean noodles aren't typically a to-go item, but the cashier mixed the black bean sauce and packaged it up nicely for me anyways. It was clean and not too salty. It looks as if they stir fry their seafood in order to give it that wok flavor? Anywho, their jjampong is a must try!! Now I gave only 4/5 stars, because their jajangmyun was alright. I personally prefer more grilled/wok flavored jajangmyun sauce. So, I was a bit disappointed to not taste that in the sauce. If you go on Tuesday or Wednesday 2-8 PM, theres an option to get your noodles hand pulled. The hand pulled noodles are delicious in jjajangmyeon dish. The noodles are chewy and perfectly cooked. The stir fry udon is also a great and popular choice among my friends and family. (It's #6) This place is very busy and thriving. I went there today and was ready to order (a guy in front of me did) and all of sudden, this idiot cashier decided to a "closed" sign. Told me that they are closed. I asked why and he said "the owner told me to". I asked to speak to the owner and he wouldn't let me. I eventually did and he said he is too busy so won't take orders for 15 min (the sign said they are closed for 1 hour and 15 min). No apologies. He went back. I loved the food and the owner has previously said they struggled because of Covid so I posted their food and video of making hand-made noodles and now that he is busy, he forgot about customer service or someone who helped him get busy. Plenty of seafood & vegetables stir fried with lots of "wok hei", Mansasung specializes in Korean style Chinese food such as jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk, but I think their best menu item is their jjampong. This restaurant is a gem. We always order the #2 seafood noodle soup and #6 sautéed seafood noodle. I feel like the restaurant always puts in their best effort to cook high quality dishes. The soup always tastes rich and amazing, and they never skimp on the seafood and vegetables. I also love the smoky favor of the sautéed seafood noodles. We noticed that the dine in customers' food was served first, although they ordered after we did. When asked when our food would be ready, the owner was very rude in responding. There is a food code next to the jusgo market. There are various restaurants here. It's one of them, and you can order and bring food when the bell rings. I ordered spicy jjamppong and sweet and sour pork and tried it, and the jjamppong wasn't bad, but the sweet and sour pork smelled a bit of meat, so I wasn't satisfied. Ordered only 2 items and both were bad. The chicken dumplings tasted old and the chicken fried rice was just not tasty at all and had too much pepper. Tried to order a small fried shrimp with garlic but was told only a large was available which makes no sense unless they're prepackaged or just trying to make more money. Also our kid threw up in the night after eating the fried rice. Not coming back here again for sure! :( read more

My hubby and I went here to get black bean noodles here at the Legacy Food Court. This is the Korean spot at the back of the food court, not in the front. With no restaurant name in English (it's only in Korean), it might be hard to find. However, menu items are in English so that's good! Since we got other items from the other stalls, we just went with the small bowl which proved to be plenty for us. The black bean noodle was very good! The flavor was on point, and the noodle was perfectly chewy. The amount of sauce wasn't too much either. The rest of the menu looked pretty good, consisting of other Korean dishes, mostly stir fries of meat and veggies. Service was a little slow on the day I went (Thursday night), but I think they were just backed up. They had to do the whole apuse between cashier orders in order to fulfill their backlog of orders. Overall, this was a good spot for black bean noodle. This seems like a legit spot to get it in the area, especially since it is prominently featured as the very first item in the menu. The soup has the smokiness of the grilled seafood and veggies, which makes the soup so special and we are addicted to this taste. The jjajangmyeon is also very good.
