He was upfront, honest, and transparent from the very first conversation about costs. I hate dealing with home repairs because so many companies take advantage of women, but that was not the case with Best Appliance Service. Vlad spent over an hour diagnosing the issue and could have easily pushed a costly repair. Instead, he recommended just buying a brand new washer based on what it would cost for him to fix it. He even fixed my microwave door, charged only the diagnostic fee, and followed up by sending links to washer recommendations. Finding a trustworthy business in 2026 is rare, but Vlad was honest, kind, and professional. He communicated clearly and truly went above and beyond. The tech gave me a song and dance about "temperature offset" which turned out to be a load of horse hocky. This man was a generalist. I looked up ASC and spoke with them. They truthfully stated they were not Bosch-authorized but they worked on many high-end Euro appliances. Sonny came out and did some magic on the control board to determine that Tech #1 missed the damaged lower heating element. All that without even removing the oven from its cabinet. I didn't use their service, but I HAVE to leave a review. So the previous owner of the house had…read moretheir stickers on the washer/dryer they left behind. I was having issues with my refrigerator, so I contacted them via their website form. The owner (Mr. "Tad" Tadeusz) called me shortly after I submitted the form (talk about quick response!), and I explained the symptoms. Dude just straight up said "Ahh that's an ice-build-up in the fan housing." He proceeds to tell me how to fix it, that it's straight forward, and to call him back if it didn't work. Modern fridges with the freezer in the bottom has so many shelves and such that it blocked my view of the vents and the ice build-up. When i removed all the shelving, I finally saw some ice buildup in the vents, just as Mr Tad assumed what had happened. I mean I wouldn't have minded for them to come and to pay for a professional to give my fridge a once-over to ensure it's tip-top shape. But I did as he said, and the issue resolved!!! As instructed, he told me thoroughly clean all the seals, and turn off the fridge to defrost the freezer so it all melts. I finally ate most of the food to do as instructed, I placed what remaining food in coolers, and gave the fridge a good clean and melted all the ice. Issue resolved!!!! No wonder the previous owner kept Mr Tad's business' stickers all over the house. I'm glad he did! Now I have my go-to appliance man for life!!! This kind of integrity is incredible! The man with decades of experience, knew the issue over the phone immediately, and gave me DIY instructions! I'm a consultant and I charge clients for my experience and advice because that's my job. Mr. Tad is a better man than me!!!

To begin with, they are incredible friendly and professional in all aspects of communication, from intake to updates to closing out the repair /purxhase. Second, they are incredibly good at what they do and they don't inflate their labor hours or over charge for parts. Finally, they are incredibly honest, which i appreciate SO much in this day and age where it seems that consumers are constantly swindled by companies. I was really grateful to Derek who kept me updated about my repair and checked in when the costs were adding up , and for his resourcefulness and willingness to help by selling me. Refurbished machine when we calculated the cost to continue tinkering with mine versus just buying one they happened to have at the store that was in great working order. I've had them work on my Delonghi Magnifica as well as my Nespresson Latissima Pro machines and I will absolutely be back again if I ever need my machines serviced in the future. 10/10 experience beginning to end.

The problem was that the technician never got back to us with our quote for the repair, even after I called a couple of times. After a week, I just wrote a bad review, thinking they did not want our business. The owner reached out to me after that and explained his technician was new and forgot to send us the quote. He apologized profusely, and he went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he prides himself and his company on the quality of work they do. He ended up helping us repair our drying machine that just had a belt snap a few days ago. He was honest and sincere and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience great.
