She did finish the 2 individual returns, but, as far as we can tell did absolutely nothing, save file an extension, for the company. No emails or phone calls were answered or replied to. Sat in her office one day until she made time, and was assured that we were close. Sent an email last week stating her/their services are no longer needed....and still didn't hear anything in reply. We really wanted to like them and use them going forward, but .... I'm certainly glad to hear that someone there responds and gets things done, however, I could not recommend and would suggest not even making the initial phone call....

I handed over the file on a USB thumb drive. I knew what I needed, and had nothing but a prayer that it could be printed and cut before the mail went out. These people accommodated me without flinching, treating me with nothing short of--dare I say?--love. Being fascinated with machinery, I asked if I could see their bad@$$ paper cutter. They immediately walked me back to the production floor where I watched my order flawlessly printed then cut by a veteran operator running a precision beast of a six-foot-wide, razor-sharp paper guillotine that puts the French Revolutionary Jacobins to shame. I walked out with prayers answered and a handful of new friends.
