They ignore the driveaway customers for nearly 30 mins and I asked them why is it taking so long and they just didn't reply no communication as to what is going on. When other customers started asking they said we are very busy and shut the delivery window. I can see clearly, they are serving all Uber Eats and other delivery drivers but ignoring driveaway and dine in customers. The manager and team were very rude and said they are very busy. Mc Donald's management should take note on how to train staff and educate them on customer service and conflict management skills. I wonder how do these kids take on life challenges in future if they can't handle these small conflict situations. Ignoring is not a solution. Just poor appalling behaviour by manager and team.
