With 4 hours of daylight left. 80 foot branches are still on the tree now want extra $2600 to finish cutting the tree to the agreed halfway.  They have damaged gutters ruined the grass as they waited 2 days to haul away. The primary task was to hard prune a Laurel Oak that was suffocating and dying from a Mistletoe (parasite) infestation. Royce personally came to assess the trees and to come up with a plan and estimate. His price was fair, he explained in detail what needed to be done, and his crew arrived a few days later to do the work. Approximately 2 months have passed since his service and my Laurel Oak is shooting off suckers and coming back to life. We have spoken since and he has advised me of next steps to keep the Laurel Oak on track. I am elated with the service and results and would not hesitate to work with Royce again.
