All around poor experience, John was very enthusiastic day one, convinced me we had a good case and…read morethat he had a solid plan going forward for me.....turns out his plan was to try trick the person I was in conflict with into confessing, when that didnt work John almost instantly lost interest in the case, leaving me waiting up to 5 weeks to return calls, wouldnt take my appointment, constantly missed phone appointments to me and when he finally returned my call his tune had completely changed from victory to 50/50 chance and he was very deflated trying his hardest to convince me to drop the case, what he once said was not going to be expensive now was gonna cost 2 to 3 grand upfront. This was followed by more ignoring of calls and suddenly an email stating he was dropping out of the case, less then a month before the case had to be filled before it would be lost.....all in all terrible client service and terrible work practice, bad communication, 100% would recommend you stay far far away from cashell solicitors
