When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. STAY AWAY…read more Absolutely unacceptable work. What was supposed to be simple trimming turned into severe over-pruning that completely ruined my plants. Multiple mature, full, flowering shrubs were cut down into stiff, unnatural box-like shapes with most of the blooms removed. The entire look of my yard was drastically changed in a single visit. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more competent company. Photos speak for themselves. ***Update***: The owner's response speaks for itself. On Sight was on the lower end of quotes and James was the only person I spoke with who expressed concern for my family's safety and that with another storm coming in the tree could cause further damage to our property. I also appreciated that given the possibility of further damage, they got us in right away. James arrived when he said he would and clearly explained what he would do to remove the tree and all possible scenarios. He also gave us great information on why the tree came down and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.
