My brother and I each reserved our own individual slots for a class online and were later connected…read moreto Adi via message. He initially communicated by texting my brother about attending a session on Sunday, May 25 and we would do it back-to-back. We were told only "premium" options were available, but we were doing it back-to-back and that payment could be made on the day of the 2-hour class, which was fine. My brother texted Adi saying he would let me know about the change only that day. the day after, around 10 PM, Adi texted my brother saying the slot had to be paid for immediately or it wouldn't be held. My brother has an irregular work schedule and wasn't able to respond right away or even tell me this. I then personally texted Adi today asking if it would be possible to move my session to Saturday instead. Rather than addressing my request, he focused on how he messaged my brother and told me that all the Sunday slots had been filled without ever informing me that this was happening or that my own slot was at risk. He then told me I should "fix my communication with my brother," even though Adi never once messaged me that my individual reservation would be affected by my brother not replying. When I expressed my frustration about waiting an entire week for this practice session only to have it taken without notice, he claimed I was being "disrespectful" on the phone, when I was simply upset and disappointed. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Clear communication and basic courtesy are essential, and this company showed neither.

So far I'm only in the process of doing their horrible online course but I can tell you this: I…read moredon't recommend it and I deeply regret purchasing this useless overpriced garbage. For one, the course doesn't work on mobile. They'll say it does, but everytime I come to one of those stupid irritating games they make you play the screen won't register what my fingers are doing so I can only do it on a laptop, limiting when I can do the course and making everything slower and worse. This is relevant because of point 2, which is... They tell you that the course is done at your own pace, but this is an outright lie. They give you a date it has to be done by, and if you pass that date but still need to finish your course? You have to pay more! Wow! What a great scam! The THIRD problem is that if you've already gotten your learners, you already know everything they claim they'll teach you...because it's just the Alberta road manual that you use to study for your test. Read back to you. Very veeeery slowly in narration you can't skip. Just learn to drive from someone you know.

We enrolled our son in the AMA driver course in November 2019 in Calgary. Due to a shortage of…read morequalified AMA instructors, our son was only able to get one lesson per month. This was not helpful for him at all. Then COVID hit and all ceased. I would NOT recommend anyone paying for this program. It is now a full year later, we still have not finished with the lessons and booking them still remains a once/month session. What a joke! Save your money!

My son recently completed both the in-class and in-car vehicle driving classes with Sharon…read moreKaulback. He had a lot of fun! Sharon turned a stressful experience into a very enjoyable and informative one. Sharon was very flexible with her hours and accommodated my son's school and work schedule- allowing him to complete the entire process within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Sharon/Century Park Driving School to anyone looking to learn how to drive in a safe and defensive manner.

This is my very first Yelp review. I would not recommend Century Park Driving. I'm leaving this…read morereview as I feel for the cost of this course no other parent/student should have the experience that we did. I will start off with the in classroom lessons. It was scheduled over a full weekend Saturday & Sunday. The classes were to be 9-4 or 5pm. I can't honestly remember the end time. Upon starting the class the students were informed that they were waiting on a student who was going to be late. The instructor did not start the course until they arrived 30 minutes later. Upon that time I was advised that the teacher was constantly on his phone texting and was actually asked by a student who was on his phone as it was taking away from there lesson. They were advised it was his girlfriend. This continued throughout the entire day, followed by two 20 min coffee breaks and an hour lunch and the class was let out one hour before the end time! I feel this is not appropriate for the amount of money paid. After completing the weekend classroom course it took 3 weeks to get an in car lesson. The instructor was so confused he kept texting throughout the weeks to the student to say he was on his way when they didn't have an appointment or to reschedule. It seemed very disorganized. All 7 in car lessons were completed but again I was advised that the driving instructor was on his phone texting during the in car lessons instead of focusing on the students driving. I feel this is completely unacceptable behaviour and not safe! There was no lesson plans or documents while they were driving or a guided structure guideline to follow. Please put your son or daughter in AMA. It costs a little more money, but for there safety and driving experience it is worth it!

Worst experience ever, if I can give instructor zero stars I would…read more She's absolutely rude. Unprofessional Instructor Sukhi was answering phone calls and taking notes while student is driving. Not paying attention to him and talking about personal issues in her business which is extremely irrelevant. She also talked to the student in the backseat . My son took two driving lessons and he could not stand it. We canceled after two lessons and went with a different school Avoid signing with the school at all costs

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst driving school ever! Poorly organized and very frustrating!…read moreCalled in April as my kid turned 16 in July and wanted to be ready to take the road test on birthday. Was assured it would be done before then. Registered and started online course asap. After a couple of times having to redo the lesson sections called to find out why. She had no idea so I was told to call another number. Guy informed me that my kid had actually NOT been registered by them. He fixed it. We continued. Took a month to get the first in-car driving lesson at which point the instructor Sukhi went to the wrong address but after calling us found us. My kid was then made to drive some woman in the back seat to St. Albert from Sherwood park. (Was not the only time.. my niece also had to drive the student before her home when she got picked up by Sukhi for her lesson!) Doubling as an Uber?? First time on the highway and the instructor tells my kid to go faster. Informed her she was already going 100km/h. Was told it's ok to go faster. Umm...WHAT?! SPEED???? Spent the majority of her time on her phone or computer instead of actually watching the driver. Suggested my kid skip school to accommodate her schedule. Told me for one lesson I would have to drive my kid to the southside to have her lesson but I told her I can't because I work so she moved the appointment because she didn't want to pick my kid up as is supposed to be. Wouldn't book driving lessons ahead of time only after each session. Difficult to make appointments. No-showed for one and when we called to see where she was said she was out of town. No cancellation or notice or phone call! Had to wait another month to get back in to her schedule. Showed up for an appointment that wasn't booked and insisted it was. Showed up for one session and told my kid she had hoped we forgot because she had cramps. Repeatedly says she will call you right back either to book or to organize something and then doesn't. Been told a few times to call her back in a week because she wasn't feeling good. Final appointment made for a 10-12am time on a Sunday (in November now!) She showed up screaming at 8am and insisted that was what she'd said!! Turns out she screwed up (Duh!) and picked up my kid 2 hours early. Then after the 2 hour lesson drove to the next kids house where she was 2 hours late and had him drive my kid home at which point my kid was scared! 7 months to do 5x 2hour driving sessions!!?? Glad to be done! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! HIGHLY STRESSFUL!! WONDERING IF THEY'RE ACTUALLY LEGIT?!??!! Will be checking into this!

Well, better look for other School because this is definitely NOT what you are looking for. My driving lesson experience here is such a nightmare. The name of the company is a trick it is named as if the instructors are Filipino but its not. This company is owned by the instructor so you can't report or complain any of his unprofessional behavior and misconduct to anybody in the office.I would highly NOT recommend this driving school to anybody. This is completely a waste of money. Bare with me, This is my first time to write a review I just feel the need to do so because i want to save people in making wrong decision like what i did. Better find a well established School even if it is more expensive than in here you will save more money by that. I hate to give this review One star because there is nothing lower than this i hope there is ZERO rating.
