Family-friendly restaurant that's a good option for lunch or dinner (por quilo buffet, portions, or…read morerodízio). The buffet is good, with nice salads, comida mineira, and alternative options (e.g., fish, boeuf stroganoff). Most of it is excellent but the salmon I tried was quite dry. Also, besides the salads, there are very few vegetable dishes on offer. Then again, great desserts.
Considering the location, adjacent to the iconic Minerão football stadium it is no surprise that it can get busy, especially during weekends. We've found service to be mostly good and attentive. There is plenty of seating, such as outside (covered) around the kids playground, inside near de buffet, and in a large separate room off to the side that is also good for private events.
Negatives are that during lunch time, the line to pay your tab can be ridiculously long. It pays (ha!) to plan accordingly (eat early or late, or hang around until the line disappears). Also, there's no sugar-free cafezinho; only espresso from pods.
