Steve the service manager at Imperial provided me with excellent service. He even took the time to come out to my house to see what was going on. When delivered, three cabinets were missing. There was also defective and wrong size cabinets, numerous shelves were missing. To make a long story short, it is 6th month and kitchen is not finished. They sent defective replacement parts that require to be replaced again. Some quality issues they denied to accept stating that they have "tolerance standards". It appears that Kitchen Craft absolutely have no quality control. We chose to pay premium expecting that it is going to be worry and hassle free experience but it is not the case. *** Beware that the Kitchen Craft wants to get paid 100% prior cabinets delivery. It is their policy. Ones they receive your money, you will have a good chance to receive not exactly what you ordered with substantial delays. In my case, their Manager, John Anderlum offered me 8% discount for keeping wrong size cabinets and shortly after after we discovered more issues he changed his mind and voided his offer...Very dishonest company. Stay away from them.

These guys are not pros at all. They left creases in tape, loose tape and just left the job like…read morethis, it's very frustrating. I had them come back to fix it and they put a little bit of a mud over top of some of the creases not even sanding and creases were still visible after they left and told me if there's any other issues they'd come back after it was painted.
