After going there for little under 2 years, we tried to make an appointment and due to lock over…read morethe past 4 weeks she is booked out for the next 6 weeks. She has now decided and told us by text that she feels that our dog is special needs and told us quote, "I would say that Storm will probably need something sooner than later and he is well overdue and due to his special needs probably too overdue for me as when is he matted he gets quite annoyed" So basically we were dumped, she assumed my dog is matted and now we are left looking for a new dog groomer, and not to mention he has special needs. Please it must be nice to be so busy that you can pick and choose what dogs you do. I am a small business owner myself and you take the good with the bad in customers, not choose who suits you.
