Mango Pancake (2pcs)
Lynn N.

I came here with my friend for dessert and we had a great time! We came in and got seated immediately. The shop is small, and parties after us unfortunately had to wait to eat indoors due to the lack of tables. We definitely got lucky! We wanted to try the pancakes and got both the mango and durian one. They were both delicious! The mango was tender and sweet. It was a very light taste, and refreshing. The durian was our favorite. The durian was creamy, and made going back to the mango feel less flavorful. I would go for mango if I want something lighter, and durian for more decadent. Delicious!

Such a hidden gem in the area perfect for a dessert date night. Since the shop is so small, be prepared for a bit of a wait. Highly recommend getting a few dishes and splitting

Went with my family and we loved everything we tried. My favorite was the mango pancake and the mango passion fruit mouse, tasted better than the fruits alone . If mangos is your favorite fruit, you will love this place. I went back within a week for another mango pancake.

I have a giant sweet tooth and especially after going to dinner with my friends. We stumbled upon mango mango. I love mango so any dessert with mango, I knew i'd love!! My favorite was the green tea cheesecake soooo yummy. The space is small though so it might take awhile if it's busy to sit down. Service was fast and kind. Will be back!

It's a small store with limited seating but the desserts are delicious! We got the mango sticky rice drink and it was very unique and delicious.

Cute little spot that we came across only because I happened to see a sign with a picture of the Crème brûlée Mille Crepe Cake (Slice). The place was small, but the tables were all occupied. The decorations were very cute as well. The staff were very friendly, as soon as we walked in, they greeted us. They have a variety of desserts and drinks. I came in strictly for the cake. I've had crepe cakes before in Virginia and they were much better than this. This one had great flavors, definitely heavy on the sugar, but was very stale. The packaging was amazing, they definitely take care and pride in packing the desserts. The cake was in a box, which was then placed in an insulated bag (as shown in my pictures). Both are nicely marked with their logo. Would I return? maybe, but I would want to sit and enjoy a drink or dessert next time.

Walked around china town in New York and came across mango mango, and wow what a lucky find! They had lots of drink and dessert options I had to try both. I got the coconut strawberry smoothie-o with sago balls and (not pictured) the crepe cake, I loved how creamy and delicious both of my orders were and the perfect amount of sweet! Upon waiting for my order, there was limited seat available but luckily there wasn't many people when I went so I was able to sit down. It's suuuper small and compact inside! If you're visiting or in the area, I'd definitely check this place out! (The bag you get to carry your drinks and dessert is so cute! Great collectible)

The place is quite small and crowded. I've been craving mango desserts, and this one is the first one that popped out. The selections are many to choose from. I chose the mango sundae, which is fine nothing special. Will I come back? Idk, maybe I'll try some other places along Chinatown that have these cute looking desserts.

My new fav dessert spot!! If you like magoes or dont you will love this place. All desserts are so interesting and creative. The mix of sorbet and bobas and icecream is just out of this world. Very refreshing and also has a tiny cute seating area. LOVED it!!

I've seen a couple Mango Mango locations, and have been wanting to try for the longest time, so I was super excited to check this spot out! Located in Chinatown, the interior is a bit smaller and there's limited space. Fortunately, I was able to grab a spot on a Saturday evening after dinner. Service is fairly quick but the staff is definitely very busy trying to balance working the inside, to-go orders, and everything else. Their menu was a lot bigger than I thought and included a variety of mango desserts, durian and matcha desserts, and even hot desserts. I ordered their mango sago parfait with ice cream and loved it. It hit the spot that I needed and the portion was good. Mangoes were super fresh and sweet and the dessert was overall pretty light. Would definitely come back.

Just happened to see a mango drink place while looking around Chinatown. I guess my family were obsessed with mango drinks. This is a very small sit down drink dessert place that also offers desserts but we came here to only get drinks only. Sit down is limited and not good for groups at all. We ordered their Coconut Mango smoothie and mango/strawberry smoothie; both were very good with fresh mango bits. Prices are very good, too. Service took forever though just to get our orders. It almost felt like he was ignoring us while serving the tables first and we stood there for a while staring at him to see us. He was also casually eating his lunch too. Hump. Good drinks but service is meh. [103R,2025]

You cannot go wrong with any of their mango drinks or desserts. I have been here a few times, as I like to go every time I visit New York. There is not that much seating, but I went at an off hour so I was able to snag a table.

Mango Mango Dessert Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Mango Mango Dessert

What time do you close?

I think 10pm or 11pm. I was there on Saturday at 8pm and it was still busy.

For slush drinks, do they use real mango/fruit or syrup?

What dairy free options are available?

They mostly use coconut milk and mango, so I think you won't have any problem with diary unless you order ice cream.

Do they have durian crepe cake?

No, they don't.

Any desserts served hot or warm here?

There are actually some hot desserts (namely "tong sui") but very limited selection, maybe 3-4 options

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

In the mood for gelato so good it ruins all other gelato for you?…read more Amorino Gelato in NYC is easily one of my favs! I was just walking by when they were handing out samples, took one bite, and immediately turned around to buy a full serving. It was THAT good. In fact, I went back the very next day... no regrets. Ambiance is cozy and open. Every scoop felt like a little moment, smooth, rich, and packed with flavor. But let me be clear: the blueberry cheesecake??? Elite. Unmatched. I will absolutely die on that hill. If you're anywhere nearby, stop in. Seriously, you won't be sorry.

There's just something special about their gelato--especially when topped with that rich pistachio sauce. On a previous visit to their Times Square location, I had one of their more decadent creations: gelato with waffle sticks and pistachio sauce. It was absolutely heavenly and incredibly delicious. This time, I didn't have room for something quite as indulgent, but I still wanted something sweet after dinner at La Basque. The closest Amorino was in Greenwich Village, just a 10-minute walk away. That walk alone is always a treat--Greenwich Village is charming, pedestrian-friendly, and full of outdoor dining and energy, especially on a September Saturday afternoon. I grabbed my gelato to-go and chose the amarena and hazelnut flavors, topped with the signature pistachio sauce. They poured the sauce at the bottom of the cup, and it hardened slightly to create a delicious shell underneath the gelato. I enjoyed it while walking through the Village, soaking in the late-summer atmosphere of the city with gelato in hand. Simple, sweet, and exactly what I needed.
