I went and bought a jacket with many missing stones and asked for a discount due to this or a brand new one and the manager;Stella said they have to damage out the jacket and send it back. I explained to her that I checked all the other jackets & did my due diligence,but, that they were all missing many stones & in even worse shape!
Therefore, with her thought process they would have to send them all back. She seemed very annoyed by that comment and told me that I have to buy it "as is" or forget about it. So I came back and bought the jacket because I love the style and I live in the states.
A few days later I came back to this location after sightseeing in other areas in Germany and decided to return the jacket because of all the missing stones and also I bought so many wonderful things with nice staff that I didn't want to have something with missing stones and a tear. Long story short when I get there, mind you this is 4 days later....the jacket is on the rack @ 30% off!!!!!!!!
so I decide I want the price difference or I'll return and rebuy since @30% Off I can justify my purchase to myself and the missing stones which I would have to buyTo fix it(I had all tags on it with receipt).
Once again STELLA told me that is unacceptable and that she will not let me rebuy the jacket if I return it. I told her she was being so rude and that in America I would get a price difference back due to it being 4 days after my purchase(all tags on it) but she told, "this isn't America" as she snarled @ me. I will never shop @ any mango store for the rest of my life. If they choose management like that and sell broken/damaged clothing @ full price and can't be fair with a return then they must be run my imbeciles. Stella should get fired for her unprofessional behavior towards a customer and one that is a real big shopper. I have a huge distaste in my mouth for mango forever. read more
