I asked why I was being charged $4.95 more than the menu price which unleash a whole torrent of confusion and excuses and after being at the counter for over 10 minutes the price was fixed and everything seemed cool. That was not the case, however as the new price was two dollars too little $28. They tried to fix that so I waited another five minutes and the bud tender said she got it fixed.. $34.95 please.. I had enough.. Figure it out.. I'm done. Now I have to drive all the way to Coos Bay because these guys are idiots. Going to take a long break from being a customer there.

Literally I have requested them to follow through on ordering dx more than 6 times. They make the providers look bad. I referred several neighbors there only to get the feedback that they had to initiate all there own follow-up appts because the assistants did not do so. When the patient has to direct their own follow-up care it makes them lose confidence in the quality and safety of the facility. Their appears to be great disdain for the elderly patients who are their primary patients. Since they absorbed the patients from Coquille Orthopedics' closing it seems like they don't want us in their hospital.

One my first treatment Dr. Soard gave me significant pain relief and also adjust my locked hip and my neck. I was immediately able to have greater movement, and significantly less pain. I went back and the released my hip again and adjusted my back and neck. I am totally pain free after two treatments. Dr. Soard took the time to assess and identify issues with my spine I wasn't feeling yet. He also carefully listened to my history. I am a pretty big guy and Dr. Soard has done an excellent job. I will not let anyone else adjust at this point. Highest recommendation. I felt the amount he charges for visits is very reasonable.
