After months of trying to get an insurance with them all I got was video call (after over a month…read moreof trying to get to them) and a promise of sending me an insurance offer. I have send them numerous emails with no answer, they do respond their phone but all I go from that was just more promises. I'm very understanding and I usually don't write bad reviews but this was just disrespectful. I have wasted far too much time hoping that they will behave like a well-reviewed company. Over 3 months, numerous unanswered emails and many phone calls later I am absolutely disappointed.

Herr Grabow spoke excellent English, despite his modest proclamations to the contrary, and with his help I was able to get insurance to meet my German visa requirements in record time and with record value. Straight up and honest, but caring and approachable - if there are more positive adjectives to describe my positive experience with Herr Grabow then consider them in use here.
