Awful awful awful. I went to Joyce for a perm and she didn't listen to me at all. I asked for bigger looser curls and she gave me a super tight spiral perm straight out of the 80s. If that wasn't bad enough she was extreme unprofessional during the service. She was talking poorly about Hispanics, about drugs, wanting to force her religion on others. I told her about my daughter with autism and so she started telling stories about the "retards she worked with a the training school", her words not mine. I called to talk to the owner Loraine the following day about getting my money back and she apologized and requested I give it time to relax and then come in which I did willingly. When I went back to told her i was still unhappy she tried to recut it to see if it helped. It didn't. She got visibly upset when i said i still wanted my money back because it's not what I wanted. She said "it doesn't look THAT bad" but because Joyce is an independent contractor she would have to get the money back from her but she didn't. I called Joyce myself to get my money back and she refused because she "performed the service". Never going back. Very unprofessional and rude. Also it wreaks of cigarette inside. read more
