I took my dog, Luca on Thursday for his regular grooming. He is a little difficult to handle when cutting nails and around his face but Jessica did such an amazing job with his grooming. He looked so good when I picked him up that afternoon. I am so glad that i found this pet grooming service. We knew Kiki would need to be shaved bec she had a few knots, not a lot though. Anyway they cut both her ears and didn't tell us!! We went to the vet a week later and they said the hard places at the tips of ears were scabs.... We literally had no idea. Someone here nearly blinded my little dog. When I picked him up, he was squinting and couldn't open his eyes. He also cried when we got home. His face reeked of a strong perfume. He was pitiful and scared. We immediately scheduled an emergency vet visit. Both his eyes had corneal ulcers, and our vet said this was indeed an emergency that could go south quickly. We treated him for more than a week, and his eyes gradually got better. He was injured either from the bathing, hair dryer in his face, or the perfume spray in his face. I have taken him many times to Mandy's because I trusted this place. I don't like leaving a bad review, but I will never return and feel that others should know this happened. I called to tell them, but got no apology or accountability. read more

We took our doodle to Mandy's Pet Spa. I called previously to get a price. I told them that our doodle would need a shave since she was matted. I was quotes one price. When I picked her up she was shaved shorter than she has ever been and they charged me 35.00 over quoted price because they had to shave her. The gals were nice and the facilities were nice. We pulled into the parking lot to get our doodle groomed here for a second time and immediately upon seeing the building my dog began to cry. She was mildly traumatized after her first visit as a puppy but we figured we'd give it another go since she's older but she obviously remembers her bad experience at this groomers. Also a customer walked in and out maskless while we were in the parking lot and none of the employees inside had on masks. I felt as though they didn't care about my safety so I most certainly didn't feel they deserved my money. I like to support local small businesses but I will take my business to pet smart where their employees have the decency to care about others health. read more

I know all the other reviews have five stars so i don't know what happened. we took our sweet great pyrenees to this groomer for the first time. she came back looking and smelling great but we noticed she was rubbing her ear. we looked and it looks like they cut it wo th a razor. it was bleeding with a lot of puss. we took her to the groomer where we learned it was infected and they gave her antibiotics and medicine. our other dog also had a cut on his tail that was bothering him. i would appreciate a response from the owners explaining what happened. we will not be returning. thank you read more

Just had our two Maltipoos groomed at Mandy's. Truly, the best, most accurate cut they have had. Ever. We were very specific on our grooming preferences and Mandy nailed it.
