These are totally "inside" dogs. The fact that they were "overdue" by 5-6 month time period that included Christmas & the Covid Virus crap should have provided some leniency, along with the number of years our dogs have being treated by them for "shots & all health checks". Dawsonville Veterinary Hospital has taken care of our animals for at least six or seven years. Our dogs have maintained their shots over those years mainly rabies. I have always taken my rescue dogs to this clinic. At one time I had 13 dogs to place in homes which had to have health checks etc. Needless to say a lot of money has been spent over the years supporting DVH and their "hometown" services. Goes to show you how much they really appreciate their clients and those people who try hard to take care of their pets even in these trying times. Guess I will look for better service.

Once the elderly lady arrived, I was waiting outside the door with my dog, clearly waiting on their arrival for grooming services. She looked right past me, opened the door and walked inside, not even acknowledging my existence. She only acknowledged me when I spoke up and said "good morning". When she walked inside, she shut the door behind her. I gave her a moment, thinking she needed to take that for opening. When I walked inside, she said "He's not here yet to cut nails." I then told her I had an appointment scheduled at 8:00 for full services. She gave me a dumbfounded look, looked at her clock on the wall, and said "well, it's not even 8." I showed her my cellphone time which read 8:07. She was obviously not wanting to perform services that day. When she didn't seem to care for my comment, I finally told her to remove my name from her list, that I would take my dog somewhere else and I would not be back. HER RESPONSE: OK. 0/10 customer service, also the cleanliness of this establishment is 0/10 from what I could tell just stepping foot in the front door. The smell was unforgiving, their tables and neck ties were clearly not cleaned from the previous day. I will not be back, and do not recommend.

She also clipped the whiskers down on my cats faces. Jasmine said the cats had ticks: my cats have never been outside & when they do leave the house it's to visit the vet. We have hard shell backpacks for them, so they never touch the ground. Jasmine should never have another set of clippers in her hands, she has no idea what she's doing. I alerted the owner of the company & (Barbara's) reply was simply, "Thank you for letting me know", no apology or offer of any amount of refund". She charged me $330.00 & now we have a vet bill as well.

I received no reminder call yesterday or voicemail. Headed out this morning and was 5 minutes away from the salon and got a phone call because they were looking for me. The lady on the phone, who was very matter-of-fact, told me they were expecting me at 9, which was not the time I was given when I made the initial appt. She continued to say it wasn't "her call" it was the groomer's and she was sorry for the miscommunication, but that I needed to reschedule. I asked her to please let me bring them since I was so close to their salon and was told "no". So I had to turn around with two very anxious dogs and go back home. We would have been 10 minutes early for the appt times they gave us, but instead we were sent on our way with no care at all from the groomer or salon. We will NEVER go back there!! To let a customer walk away because of a mistake the salon made was a very poor decision on their part.

We scheduled with Kristin as she was the first available and this was our first time using a Mobile Grooming service. Well she was amazing off the bat. She greeted our 2 senior dogs with gracefulness and lived on them for a bit. The dogs looked and smelled amazing after they were done. Since they are senior it's a lot on the dog to bring them to the groomers now, but with the experience i had today, We will definitely be using her in the future!
