I wanted to get an idea of how long it usually take for a 3400 ft home, how far out they were and of course someone to come out to give us an estimate. I never received a call, but ended getting an estimate from someone else and going with another person since they were able to start almost right away.

Tim of Ibis came right out to my home to give me an estimate. Then he actually followed up with a professional emailed estimate. The estimate described all areas to be painted & a detail of what is to be expected. His team arrived on the day I was told. The Forman Caesar was very easy to communicate with. They covered everything in my home. This was especially important to me because part of the job was painting my ceilings. They pulled all nails and patched the holes where I had pictures and mirrors. I was told the job would probably take 3 days. (was getting my whole house painted. ) They ended up finishing in 2 days. The work was very professional. Any spots that I felt needed attention Caesar remedied right away before leaving the job. I got several estimates and although I did receive some that were lower I made my choice based on the professionalism of the estimate and the fact that Ibis was highly recommended. We hired him to paint the whole interior of the house with a specific paint that we requested and he said he used it all the time and that he could get it no problem. He shows up with an entirely inferior paint and I didn't catch it until he was halfway through with my home. He assured me that the paint I wanted was too expensive and you only paid for the name not the quality and the stuff he had was better. Then he lied and said he told us that he was using a different paint than we requested! I've never heard of the paint he used! He only did one thin coat of paint on my walls and you can see the previous color when the sun shines on the wall. Not to mention one small bump and the paint is scratched and you have to touch it up. He left his helper to paint 60% of the house while he did God knows what. He also up charged me at the end claiming I owed him $400 more because he did two coats on two walls! FYI I looked up the price of this paint and it was $32 a gallon. $400 really !!!! He said he has to pay his guys...what??? When I complained about the quality of the paint he stated that is why I left you touch up paint! So I believe I am reduced to monthly touch ups on my walls for the next 10 years or hire another company to repaint my entire house. Do not use this company! Big frauds! Waste of my money!!!!
