On opening the bags the food was stone cold and the frozen drinks melted. I have spent all evening on uber eats customer service. They refuse a refund despite it being inedible. They say it was delivered "in a reasonable time". They will not quantify "reasonable time". The consumer rights act 2015 says you are entitled to a refund if the food is stone cold (it was) or significantly different from advertised (melted drinks are the opposite of frozen). I have now complained to Mcdonalds as well. I await their reaponse. Biggest issue is uber manages the customer service of this part of Mcdonalds.... and uber does not offer customer service!

I use them all the time for takeaways and when I've got the munchies when in town. The staff are friendly and generally uplifting, giving the place a great vibe. Their variety is good too, offering a lot more than just chicken (shout out to those cheesy chips and hotdog combo!). 10 out of 10, any day, chicken treat xD.
