I've also lived with Chinese and their pretty fussy about their native food often saying we English eat all the wrong things and want everything coated in sugar. Prawn crackers were a little stale but hey their free anyway. I recommend King Prawn in black bean sauce with Green Peppers. It's also cheap for takeaway. It's up there with Hing Yip and Lee Fung in my opinion.
