This doctor has a poor attitude more often than a good one. In fact, it is confusing what you will get with him. Sometimes he's friendly, other times he is not. He is a mixed bag. Overall, it is lazy doctoring. He is not abreast of medical facts and when questions are asked, he feels challenged. If he hears the opinions of other doctors, he adapts a bully attitude and begins a name-calling tirade. I tried to stick with him but that loyalty is wasting my money. I do not recommend. read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. These people are crooks. I went to see them on a follow up from kishwaukee hospital. This doctor tried to blame my pneumonia on my previous history of smoking. Even though, I hadn't smoked in years. Then he told me I should use this inhaler. Then my company insurance went through and I found a doctor in my network. After my visit with my new doctor, he got in touch with these people to get the details on my visit there. I called up and cancelled my appointment. Its now a year later and I just received a bill from them for missing an appointment. I called to inquire about the bill and why I'm just getting it now, and they said there's nothing they can do about it. I have to pay or they will send it to a creditor. I told them I cancelled the appointment. The rude lady that took my call said, who did I talk to. I said, it was a year ago. I have no idea. She said she doesnt know why it has taken a year to get me a bill. I just have to pay it. These people are crooked as fuck!! read more

Dr. Salwan was very friendly and easy to talk to. He seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and know me as soon as I walk in. I'd recommend this office for primary care. read more
