To start, he asked us if we had any income from interests from any savings account, we told him that yes but according to tax laws we didn't have to declare it because it was way less than $10. He then said that it didn't matter and that what we said was not true because we have to declare any interest no matter the amount. So we went online to check the exact amount and when we told him it was less than $1 then he said "oh yeah that amount it is too small that we don't have to declare it" The worst part is that in the middle of putting our information in the system he stopped and asked us if we were 100% sure that we were going to file our taxes with him because he wasn't going to waste his time with us if we were not doing it. We were furious and told him we couldn't believe he was treating us that way and we picked up our documents and left to what he responded sarcastically "ok bye and have a good day"

I've been going to Joe for years but recently began working with Anthony as well. Both are great accountants and truly know what they're doing! I came into some tax trouble last year (mostly with inaccurate numbers) and they were patient and kind as they answered all my questions.
