The restaurant limits the number of tables they seat per night so that they can provide seasonal meals of the highest quality and perfect presentation. I wish I could offer more than 5 stars! I had the 3-course formula and my wife had fish and chips. The fish was very crispy with a light batter and perfectly cooked. The chips were thick cut but crispy. My started was buffalo mozzarella with jamon and black truffle noir. My plat was ravioli with a spicy tomato sauce topped with several slices of salmon tartar. Both were excellent. But the best was the lemon tart with a meringue topping. Very intense lemon flavor. Service was satisfactory but not real attentive as their was only one waiter for a dozen or so tables. But it was worth it.

It is small inside and only has several tables for two. We walked in here on Sunday morning around 9 and was able to find the table after a few minutes of wait. If we stayed in Nîmes a little longer, I definitely would have came back here for another quick bites or for lunch. The service was friendly and the staff were patient and willing to help us being not able to speak French.
